Coastal Dunedin with GOLF CART!

Everything was fantastic!

Wonderful property! No complaints at all. It felt like home. Super clean and new interior. Beds, sheets and pillows high quality. Kitchen stocked with anything you would need to cook meals. Quiet area and the use of the bikes was a bonus! We used them everyday to explore the area. Great communication. We will be booking this location again.Thanks Justin and Stefanie for a great stay!

Loved our stay here! Condo was clean, beautifully detailed and the kitchen was very well equipped. Washer and dryer allowed up to keep up with laundry and the owners provide everything we needed in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable, and in a very quiet neighborhood. 3 minute drive to Bon Apetit, well worth the visit. Hosts were easy to contact and were quick to answer questions. Direction in the condo were easy to understand and very useful.

I loved everything about this property. SO clean and a great location! My aunt and I really enjoyed our stay and will look forward to another visit. The host was very accommodating. A in my book! Jennifer

Great place to stay, close to main street. Found everything to be clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower, crazy water pressure. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend this place.

Great experience! Bungalow was super clean and comfortable. Nice beds, linens and towels. Had everything you could think of down to the toiletries! Great shower. Convenient parking. Nice safe neighborhood. Nearby Dunedin is a charming walking town with plenty of cute shops, breweries, bars, coffee cafes and restaurants. Having use of the golf cart was a great bonus!

We had a fantastic time in Dunedin. This is our 2nd time staying here and we love it. Its a quiet location, very clean, has everything you need to cook! Beds are comfy. Justin and Stephanie are very quick to respond to any questions. And they supply alot of things needed for a day at the beach! Highly recommend! We will be back.

We stayed here for 4 nights and would definitely come back again. We loved the proximity to the bike trail and downtown. The neighborhood was very quiet and Stephanie was very accommodating. We had fun exploring the area with the golf cart. The house was super clean, had everything you needed to enjoy the local beaches, and the kitchen was well equipped. This was a great find!

The accommodations were good, clean and stocked with helpful beach equipment as well as condiments, etc. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful! The outdoor area could use a little work but really nothing that affected our stay.

I rented this house for my two sons and wives to stay while my husband and I took care of our grandkids. They were very well impressed with the cleanness, with the nicely equipped kitchen, and the detailed care to make the guests comfortable. The first comment of my daughter-in-law was, it is so cute!.Unfortunately, they did not have a chance to use either the golf cart or the bicycles. These will have to wait for the next stay when they come back.Justin and Stefanie were excellent hosts. They were very easy to contact, quick responders. A few days prior to my sons arrival, I asked if they could provide an extra bed, in case one of our grandkids wanted to sleep with the parents. Stefanie and Justin responded right away, ordering an inflatable bed and sheets to fulfill my request. This attitude tells a lot about what kind of hosts they are.I highly recommend this little cute space in Dunedin.

Great town with amazing food and shopping! Fun being able to ride around on the golf cart. A trip to Honeymoon Island State Park was a perfect addition! Loved it!

My stay was so relaxing. This place is so close to the beaches, great restaurants, and not to mention downtown Dunedin. I am already wanting to plan another trip later this year and stay here again. Also, if you want peace and quiet, this is your place.

It was really central to downtown Dunedin. There's a golf cart you can use if you want.Also, Clearwater beach is not too far away. We would definitely recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Sparkling clean with lots of amenities. The washer and dryer were a huge plus and we have so much fun riding the golf cart around this sweet little town. It was perfect for us.

Our stay was lovely. The location is awesome, easy bike ride into town and to path as well as nice walk in to restaurants. The golf cart was an added bonus that we enjoyed. The home was nice, very comfortable and clean. The bed was so comfortable. Our hosts were very responsive. All in all, this is a great rental.

We felt at home in this duplex. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were helpful and my husband fell in love with the shower The master king bed was very comfortable

Place was as advertised. Clean, fully stocked and convenient to downtown Dunedin. Justin switched out the golf cart to a newer version during our stay which was a nice addition. Justin was also readily available when we had any questions. Definitely would stay here again on our next trip to Dunedin.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook some meals at home and all of the beach equipment made our beach days extra enjoyable. Justin and Stephanie are phenomenal hosts. They have two young children, and you would never know. They are onsite, but it’s so quiet. This stay was wonderful! We stayed in the middle of Hurricane Helene. Stephanie kept in communication with me assuring me throughout the entire storm. They also had evacuation plan in the event of flooding or power outages. Thankfully we didn’t need that, but they were all set if we did. The amenities were next level great. Plenty of towels, an amazing kitchen, bicycles, and A GOLF CART?!? ! They are definitely worthy of the title Super Host! We are already trying to make plans for our next trip to stay with them! Cannot wait!

My husband and I booked this cute place for our 30th Anniversary vacation as we love Dundedin. It was clean and to our surprise had many tolietries left over from other renters (Hint....there was left over Mouth Wash and my hubster used it...I may never kiss him again....LOL!) We left sunscreen, some mens body wash etc... Check out the personal/cleaning amenities before you buy them as they may be there! The owners are wonderful regarding communication. Check it out!

Property was exactly as listed. Cute little beach vibe! Beds were comfy and everything was very clean and the shower had the best pressure ever!

Very nice, clean, updated and well stocked kitchen and bath. Lots of beach supplies and option to use bikes and golf cart. My sister and I shared the king and my other sister used the queen. Quiet neighborhood. Parking space is a bit tricky but I got used to it. Only suggest a new shower curtain in bathroom so water does not continue to rot the molding.

Very clean, well stocked with anything we could have needed, clear instructions on anything we would had trouble figuring out on our own, host was very plesant in her communication with us. Quiet street in older section, definitely a 5 star property. We will definitely book again!

Nice and quiet location. Close to downtown/breweries/food/shopping and the water but far enough away to be peaceful. Rental was very clean. Beds were comfy. Couch was maybe the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced in a rental. Very nice and clean place. Had everything you needed for beach. Golf cart was my husband’s favorite part! Owners were responsive when we needed them and the price was great for all the amenities and location, thanks for helping to make my husbands birthday so enjoyable.

We loved our stay! It was super clean and inviting! We had plenty of room. Everything we needed to cook in. We spent most of our days at the beach, Honeymoon Island and Clearwater and we had all the beach essentials we could want (chairs, umbrella, towels, toys). The golf cart got us down town to the shops, jolly trolly, and stores.
