Coastal Chic House in Cocoa Beach w/Private Yard - Walk to Beach, Pier & Ron-Jon

It was just ok, beds lumpy and old, could use a big refresh. Best part was proximity to the Mexican restaurant at the top of the road

The house and property was nice and comfortable and suited our needs but there were a few issues. Main issue was it’s not being cleaned adequately. Had to immediately wash throw rugs and everyone’s feet turned black from the floors. The foldout couch is horrible and should be replaced. And only four bath towels for four adults and two children staying three days. Fortunately there were beach towels.

We loved this place and how close it is to the Main Street and beach! It was perfect for our group. It has everything you need and even a couple of extra welcome treats upon your arrival.Great host communications through text, email or app. And they sound like kind nice hosts.If we go back to Coco Beach and need a place to stay - THIS would be it!Thank you!Cindy and Canadian clan!

Perfect location for our stay before and after our cruise. Plenty of room for our group. Quick replies with messages.

The one thing that needs replaced is the pillows. The only other thing is, there are no out lets to charge your phone or iPad.

Beautiful place. We were very comfortable during our stay the day before our cruise. Michael was very quick to respond to questions we had. Location was perfect and on a quiet quaint street. Will definitely stay again.

Easy in and out and close to Port Canaveral

Parking at the home was great. Terrific location in Cocoa Beach. Plenty of room in the house. Laundry room had everything we could need. Internet and cell services was spotty.

Host was very welcoming and great communication. Location was excellent. We personally thought they need to hire a better cleaning service as the house wasn’t the cleanest. It was surfaced cleaned but could use a deep cleaning for dust, etc.! Too many smelly plug-in’s. The scent was overwhelming. Also, all beds could use new pillows as they were all flat as pancakes. Again, overall a good experience but could use a little improvement on a few things.

Everything about our stay was fabulous! Property was comfortable, clean, and close to anything we needed. Owners were very responsive and accommodating!

Cute home! It is clean, I found the beds to be comfortable. Great location to port, restaurants, grocery. I would definitely stay again for a longer trip. Loved the ping pong table and outside dining table. Hosts were super responsive.

Everything was great we loved everything but please have someone to check out the air in the bedrooms is not working properly thanks for everything we will stay again.

Ok for family with young kids. The beach was close & the wagon, cooler, umbrellas were a definite plus. Easy to get to. Was a.little.disappointed they didnt have towels for everyone for showers, but they had plenty of beach towels. Could have had a little more upkeep on screens.Laundry was convenient at the house.

My family of 6 stayed here for one night before going on a cruise and it was perfect. Only a 10 min drive to the cruise terminal. The property had plenty of parking, was extremely clean, and the layout was perfect for our family. The communication from the host was great. Although we only stayed one night, I believe this would also be the perfect place for those looking to enjoy the beach, I noticed they had lots of beach toys and a wagon to help get your things to and from the beach. If I ever need to stay in Cocoa Beach area again, I will be booking again.

This is an ideal property for a cruise out of Port Canaveral. We walked to pier, Ron Jon's and to eat. Property is clean and spacious and the owners have great communication throughout the process.

Convenient for a one night stay before our cruise.

We stayed for 1 night before our cruise. The property is in a good location close to restaurants and Walmart if you need any last minute items. Very simple check out instructions, which we were grateful for! We would stay again for future cruises.•We arrived around 4-5pm and the ac was set to 77 and no ceiling fans running. The house was very hot. It took several hours with all the ceiling fans and 2 stand up fans to get it to a comfortable temperature. We took a trip to Walmart and ate supper out while it cooled off.•There is 1 couch and a chaise lounge in the main living area and we were a party of 7 so we could not all sit together in there unless we utilized sitting at the table. The 2nd living area couch was already pulled out into a bed so that was unusable to sit on as a couch. Was not a huge deal for us but could be for others.•Paper towels were not stocked on the provided holder so we had to use dish cloths instead. •The ac filter needs to be changed. It was noticeably dusty and it's right behind the dining room table. As an asthmatic, if we would have been staying longer than 1 night I would have requested for it to be changed. •Ceiling fan blades needs to be dusted as well. All had visible dust around the blades. •One of the stand up fans needs to be replaced. It's broken in several areas and held together with zip ties.•One of the chess pieces is broken and it's a glass set.Overall the property is in good condition but some things do need to be repaired.

Very clean, with nice furnishings. If we take another cruise, we will definitely stay here the day before again. Location is very good, close to everything you would need.

A very quick stay, just overnight, but enjoyed every minute of it. Cute little house. Has everything you could possibly need. Great location. Walking distance to the beach and pier. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice small surprise. The space was big enough for a family of 7 (5 adults and 2 kids). The only complaint that my mother was that she couldn’t find sugar for the coffee. Abundant room for everyone, great options for food around and near the beach.

If you need to be close to the Port for your cruise, this is an option. Restaurants near by are plentiful. Port just a couple of miles down the road which was the best part for my family. Convenience for sure.

Plane landed early. Charged extra 50 bucks for 2 hours. The bathrooms are dirty and toilet handle broken.We woke up in AM to finish and the ants had taken it over our donuts.and the whole counter. The area has a little t of places to eat and see, close to beach

We enjoyed our stay. The location is beautiful and everything you need is close by.

Location location location

The property was as described, it was not very clean, and does not have a pride of ownership as there are multiple areas in need of maintenance. The air conditioning was set to go no lower than 72 degrees in which it does not distribute evenly. No extra toilet paper as they had 2 rolls at about 1/2. Beds were some what comfortable but wrapped in plastic so it was like sleeping on a garbage bag all night. Great stop for one night, would not recommend for longer if you want comfort

Property was perfect for our group to meet up and relax before we took a cruise out of port canaveral. Close to amenities like grocery, coffee, shopping. Would stay again!

This location is literally located across the street from Westgate Cocoa Beach Pier. There is a bar down the street called Graham's Beach Grill that has the best wings and great beer. If you want groceries, Publix is a block away. I needed to get a pedi and mani and was able to walk across the street and get walk in service at InVogue Nails & Spa. The house was very clean, organized and extremely roomy for a group. Everything you need to comfortable stay it provided. It's so convenient and I will stay here every time I visit the Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral area.

The property was as listed. Clean, easy to access, and a perfect house for our family.

A very spacious and relaxing property which was well supplied with necessities on arrival. Everything was in order and it was nice to relax in after a busy day on occasions. Overall a very nice place to stay and would recommend to others.
