Stayed Oct 3, 2025Extreme spider webs everywhere.. could not get into the house until we found something to remove them. Mold on ceiling. Fire alarm beeping when we got there. Notified host and made suggestions but no offer to dispatch assistance. Went out to purchase batteries, changed and still loud beeping. Husband electrician and able to disarm, at hosts approval. No tv or internet for the duration of visit. Host suggested that recent power outage caused issue, but internet appeared to be damaged prior to outage. Compensation denied. This home would never have been chosen if Internet was unavailable. It appeared that no one had been in this house for some time. We are two families that rent homes 2-3 times per year. We will never use this service again! As business owners, we would never treat our customers this way.
