House was in a great location for the price. I specifically booked this place based on the air conditioning amenity (which it didn’t have when we got there) and it was a rather warm weekend in Manhattan which is why I wanted the AC option. The downstairs bathroom shower was not the cleanest and possibly needs some grout work, it felt impossible to find a full mirror through out the house besides in the upstairs bedroom closet (which is very minor, but for a girls weekend it was a struggle). Received ZERO checkout instructions for the house prior to leaving. Attempted a phone call to ask for instructions so I didn’t get charged, but no answer and no phone call returned. Host communication was ok.. just seemed like for this place being on VRBO for a year there would be more clear expectations for checkout. She did let us check in an hour early which was a plus!

It was well decorated and cozy. Not many beach views from the property but a perfect view from the garage and a really easy walk to beach access. Definitely would stay again!

It was a great stay for a week for our family of two adults and two teens. The house is conveniently located just a few minutes walk to the beach, with sun umbrellas, a couple of beach chairs and beach towels provided. One bedroom on the lower level and two on the upper level were perfect for privacy. The house is in between the main MB restaurant/shopping area and it’s North side with more restaurants/bike rental, which provides many options. Our morning routine was going to the nearby cafe The Hive for breakfast, which set the mood for relaxing vacation days. This was our first time in MB and we fell in love with it. Would for sure be back.

Great locaton

Location is great! Very safe neighborhood with so many great restaurants and the beach all within walking distance. The layout is great for great for 1-2 families or 3 friends. Garage fit a large SUV.

This home was in a great location in terms of proximity to the beach! If you’re unfamiliar with the area it is on a fairly steep hill, but it’s not a long walk to the main drag. The kitchen was well equipped and bathrooms had standard amenities which made for an easy stay. Cute, comfortable, and well appointed! Made for a great family trip over Thanksgiving!
