Coastal Carlsbad 5 Bedroom Getaway

This was the perfect location! We were in town for a wedding and it was within minutes of then venue - not to mention it’s closeness to the beach!

We had a great stay. The host communicated exceptionally well, and the space was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and fully stocked. We enjoyed the BBQ grill, sand area, and pool table, and loved how close the home was to the beach and Legoland. Beds were comfortable, parking in the garage was a plus, and having a washer and dryer was very convenient. We would definitely stay again. Five stars.

This home was the perfect cozy spot to have quality time with family in between wedding festivities for my brother.

We had an amazing week! The house was very clean, spacious and a short drive from Legoland. The kids loved the sandbox and the grownups enjoyed the pool table. The dining area was our favorite spot in the house as it made for the most memorable family gatherings.

The whole setup in the house and location were perfect! Very well supplied kitchen, comfortable beds and wonderful open spaces to use throughout the house and back yard - it was perfect! View of the ocean from the upstairs rooms and deck a real bonus!Management were quick to respond to any and every question we had - highly recommended!

This was an excellent choice for a family stay to visit San Diego. Best to choose a different weekend than Comicon, unless that is what you are looking for.

Unfortunately, I had a family emergency at home and had to leave early. Other than that, our stay was good.

We had a wonderful time. The home was lovely and worked well for our family. It was very clean and the hosts answered all my questions. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible to the beach and highway.We would absolutely rent this home again.

What an amazing space for a big family getaway! We had plenty of space for 3 families with kids. The backyard space was so relaxing and lots of area for the kids to play. They loved the sand box! The house is beautifully decorated & the kitchen is a chef dream. It was a quick drive down to the beach and the house had lots of beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas & toys). We had the perfect vacation

We had 6 adults and 3 children for a family birthday celebration. The house was immaculate, well stocked and had plenty of room for all of us! The host was so accomodating and obtained a couple of extra items we needed for the 2 year old, as well as letting us check in a little early. The house is very close to Legoland and only 35 minutes for San Diego. If we we are ever in this area again we would definitely stay here!!

Our recent stay at this rental home in San Diego had both positive aspects and areas that required improvement. The home provided ample space to accommodate our group comfortably, and its location was convenient for exploring the area.However, we encountered several maintenance and cleanliness issues that impacted our overall experience. Upon arrival, we noticed that the property had not been thoroughly cleaned, as there were multiple spider webs and large spiders present inside the house. Additionally, the upstairs loft had peeling paint, which appeared to be the result of a previous water leak. The back patio screen was also damaged prior to our arrival.Further concerns included dirty AC vents, chipped bed frames, and a cracked lamp with missing pieces. These issues gave the home a neglected appearance and detracted from the comfort of our stay.While the property has potential, addressing these maintenance and cleanliness concerns would greatly enhance the guest experience. With proper upkeep and attention to detail, this rental could be a more inviting and enjoyable option for future visitors.

Excellent communication with the host. The check-in process was simple and easy. The property was in a great lication and close to the beach.

Had a family gathering with four children under six and six adults. The location and proximity to Carlsbad was great and a short walk to the grocery store and Starbucks. The back yard was great for the whole family and the kids enjoyed it very much. Overall we had a very good experience.

Great home in north San Diego area, close to beach and shopping. Residence is quiet and manager communicated well with us. I would consider renting the house again.

Great house! Great location! Great time spent in Carlsbad with family!

Beautiful property with lots of room for our extended family. We were in town for a wedding so the lack of street parking was inconvenient. The location though was perfect. We enjoyed the lagoon and the beach as well as having space to be together. We had a plumbing issue on our last night unfortunately but the property manager was very responsive. In all a great spot for family get together

We loved it, if I could find anything to improve on it would be small. Many homes we have stayed in stock the house with a few games or puzzles, but this is a tiny thing. The house is huge, and the backyard is great

We used this as family housing while visiting Carlsbad for a zero birthday party. We visited Legoland and the beach, as well as walks and bird watching. This is a big house of a date if you know what I mean. It works well, and so do all the mod cons. Generous supplies of beach stuff in the garage and the garden is child proof The only down side is the street parking is a bit fraught because the neighbors resent vacation rentals.

We had a family reunion and stayed here. It was fantastic! Clean, great location, quiet neighborhood, and spacious house. It was exactly what we hoped it would be. Would reccomend!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were there with family and went to Legoland, San Diego Zoo and the beach and did some shopping in Carlsbad. The house was big enough to accommodate all 10 family members and had enough space for all to have fun!
