We had a wonderful time with our family in this house. Well stocked with the necessities and kitchen was fantastic for cooking. The dining room table was perfect for family dinners. The pool and hot tub were excellent, however hand rails would be a welcome addition. The grandchildren LOVED the slide, and the putting green was used a lot. Bathrooms had really nice showers and bedrooms were plentiful. Misty was absolutely perfect to work with, anytime we had a question or problem she was so prompt to reply. Definitely recommend this place!!!

This property is amazing! It is well stocked, great for families, so close to beach!!! Very clean and well kept. Kiddos loved to pool and the play space in garage was an unexpected bonus. I highly recommend

The house is exactly as advertised. We had 6 cars and still had room for a couple of guests to park. Just outside the house is a crosswalk and the beach public access is right there. It is a 2-minute walk to be on the sand. The kitchen is stocked with just about everything, and there is servings for 20 people. We had little ones and loved that the safety gates at the stairs are built-in and easy and quick to close or open. The pool gets shade early in the afternoon so the kids could play without getting sunburned and the shelf was great. The hot tub wasn't clean when we arrived, but it was addressed the next day. Beautiful home!

There is truly no better place to stay, especially with kids. Seconds from the beach, a playground, and a coffee shop. Beautiful property with pool, hot tub, water slide. We had an excellent time!!!

The house itself was amazing but the location!!!! Literally a very short walk across the street and we were on the beach. We spent about half the time at the beach and half the time enjoying the pool. So easy to go back and forth.

Extremely well located with easy access to beach and coffee shop, etc. and lots of space. Bath linens were thin and scratchy, not a ton of privacy (most rooms were right above a bus stop or police station parking lot so had to keep shades down) and host communication was slow at times. Overall a fine spot for those maximizing space.

This was the BEST place we’ve ever stayed, and we are so sad that it is booked for the next 2 years! If you can get a reservation here, you won’t be disappointed. The kitchen facilities are first rate with 2 ovens, coffeepot/Keurig, and every kitchen item you can think of. It was within walking distance of restaurants, miniature golf, and of course, the beach! We especially liked that there was a crosswalk directly outside the front door which made it so safe to go to the beach. The slide in the pool was awesome for the kids, as well as the ping pong table in the garage. There were sand toys galore, so no need to bring your own. All in all, a PERFECT vacation house!

Everything was great. The house is beautiful and the location is perfect. We loved walking to the beach every day. Its in a nice location that isnt too busy, but close enough to go to clearwater beach if you want.

The house was great for a multi-family vacation at the beach. Ample space, well-stocked kitchen, and easy access to the beach. The host was very responsive to all of our questions and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for a multi family stay. So much room, games, dishes very well stocked, the pool was clean and so fun. We contacted the host for a small issue and they responded immediately. It helped make our vacation fantastic.

Host was helpful and responded quickly, the house was wonderful had everything we needed and then some. The location was perfect and the size of the house was perfect for families. Only bummer thing was the grill was not usable, looked like the bottom burnt through but that’s okay. Still a wonderful experience

Perfect home for a multi-family vacation! We had a wonderful stay ..and the hosts thought of every amenity. Really had the BEST time!

What goes into a great vacation? The house was situated so close to the beach, it was super clean, so well equipped (beach towels, beach cart, beach toys, beach chairs, bath towels, soap, shampoo, kitchen items, dishes, spices...).The garage was large enough to park 3 large vehicles in and play ping-pong and foosball in. The retractable baby gates kept the toddler contained with plenty of room to roam, and the adults could easily operate to move smoothly between levels. The pool was perfect heated and the hot tub was amazing! Our family agreed that this was one of the best equipped, situated, and clean vacation house.Thank you to our host for the clear communication and a super clean comfortable house!

This is an amazing place. So close to beach, crosswalk with light to cross street. Pool is amazing! Kitchen main area is big and well supplied. Owners are very responsive to communication and any problems. I would definitely recommend this place. Lots of kids toys, books etc. Lots of pool/beach toys/equipment.

The house was beautiful and very well equipped. Misti was so helpful and quick to respond to our questions on check-in. The only negative things would be - no elevator. With the 19 steps to main floor, it was a struggle with me (76 years old, 2 knee replacements and major back surgery). The moving in and out was very difficult. Also, a half bath on the ground floor near pool would also be a plus. The circular staircase was not something I could maneuver, so had to go up front stairs to bathroom. A free standing ice maker for a house that size would definitely be a plus. We had to buy ice because the refrigerator did not produce very much ice at all.

This is an absolutely beautiful home. It has everything you need for a fabulous vacation. This was our second year here and have already reserved it for next year. We have been taking our entire family to Florida for 16 years. Everyone agrees that this is their favorite place. Thanks to the Zimmers.

Great location just steps from the beach! The kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of beach towels for our group of 19. We brought our own beach gear but used the house wagons, which were helpful. The pool and waterslide were a hit with the kids! Owners were responsive and easy to work with. We’d be happy to stay again.

This home was absolutely gorgeous, well-maintained, and was in a perfect location to many exciting features of the area.

This is by far the best VRBO experience we ever had. The house was beautiful and perfectly located. More than that, the house was provisioned well beyond expectations. The owner supplied everything to make the stay perfect. There were beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and wagons to transport everything to the beach. The kids rooms came complete with toys. Ample soaps for dishes, laundry and bathing. Kitchen had everything you could ever need. The swimming pool was perfect and we spent hours in the pool. The beach was wonderful and there were no crowds. The neighborhood was quiet and having the police department next door gave a great sense of security. We had a wonderful family beach vacation and I cannot recommend this host and this property any higher. Don’t miss out, this place is great.

This house was perfect. Very clean and well done. I have stayed in quite a few VRBO’s and this one by far was the most well stocked house ever. They thought of everything. The layout of the house was perfect for a large group. We had 17 people and not once did we ever feel crowded. The location to the beach could not have been better. we plan to come back next year.

Senior trip for our high schoolers. 9 boys and 10 adults. Plenty of space and beds for everyone. Several places to gather as a group or relax on your own. Home was immaculate. Well stocked. Can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t already supplied. Pool and hot tub were great. Didn’t need to pay extra to heat the pool as 82 degrees was comfortable for us. The garage activities kept the boys entertained all evening. Walking distance to stores, restaurants, ice cream, and parks. Beautiful views of ocean and so close! We could see our crew at the beach from the house. Honestly can’t think of anything I would recommend or change. Perfection!!

Great house!

We had a great week here! Lots of fun, close to the beach and the backyard was awesome. So much space for everyone to enjoy. We had kids ranging from 10-17, and all had the best time. Great place to have a large group on vacation!

A spaious beautiful house steps from the beach. Great pool and hot tub that we used daily. Fully equipped and more than enough room for mutiple family units. Never felt crowded even with 20 people. Loved this home! Thanks for having us.

10/10 on all levels. The house is amazing and incredibly well stocked. Cross the street and you’re on the beach! The pool area is just perfect for kids and adults. Great communication from the home owner. Many fabulous restaurants within walking distance. We could not have enjoyed our time more!

The house fit our 20 person guest list well. The shared bathrooms on the second level got a bit crowded but overall it worked out fine. The house is well stocked with plenty of kitchenware for large groups. However, I would have liked to see more plastic options for the pool area. The pool and hot tub area was great even though it wasn't the best time of year. We paid extra to have it heated an additional 5 degrees. A bit odd as the hot tub was well heated and seemingly included. We also paid extra for use of the golf cart. Both additional fees felt like being a bit nickle and dimed on what was already 2k a night. You'd think a January rental would get some extra pool heat and we ended up not really using the golf cart much because the weather was too cold. My only major complaint and reason for dinging 1* is the towels and linens. The pool/beach towels are a hodge podge of thin cheap towels and the bath towels are the scratchy white ones you get in a low budget hotel. Similarly, the pillows were small and of low quality as were the bed linens. At this price range and home finishes I expected better. It really detracts from the overall quality of the experience and home.Last, the area is still recovering from the hurricanes. Probably 30% of the restaurants are reopened. We were disappointed to learn that the coffee shop and dive bar within walking distance had not rebuilt yet and may never return. The Salt Rock Grill is open though and is within walking distance.

This property was SOO BEAUTIFUL, well kept, and was the most well-equipped house we have ever rented, from all the kitchen appliances, dishes, cookware, party ware, to the pool and beach toys, wagons, umbrellas, etc. All you have to bring is yourself and some groceries. The rest is all waiting for you! You are just steps away from the beach one way and the river the other way, and the views are amazing! It’s everything you’d want for a terrific vacation!

Our annual family Thanksgiving vacation. Supported local businesses, walk on beach,hanging by pool and hot tub,playground,played games,watched TV ,breakfast and dinners around the big table

The property was in tune with creating an engaging space to provide hours of unique pool side fun with waterfalls, water spouts and a twisting slide to keep our grandkids super entertained. For adults the hot tub, ping pong table, and foosball along with large living room seating areas provided space to engage in games and great conversations.

Everything was wonderful! House was in a perfect location and was everything described! Hope to go back and stay there again!

We have a destination draft each year for fantasy football. Our stay at IRB was everything we wanted, steps from the beach, multiple close variety of restaurants. The pool and hot tub were both excellent and there qas ample space for our entire group.
