Clubhouse Villa 3BR: Close to golf and beach

We are extremely pleased with our recent stay at this villa and would definitely return! The owner was there when we arrived just to make sure we were able to get in okay and thank goodness he was there because we were never sent the code! He was able to get that fixed for us right away. We were also so incredibly thankful this house had warm lighting!! No LED lights. This made the house so much more comfortable. I'll also note that there was a ring doorbell which we were fine with but I wanted to add that to my review in case that makes anyone uncomfortable. The location was just a few minutes away from the beach, and a few minutes away from a grocery store. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of utensils and cooking equipment and even a water filter in the refrigerator. We found the only thing possibly lacking was bathroom rugs since the floor gets really slippery getting out of the shower. One more thing I'll add that was disappointing yet won't influence a 5 star rating was that the activity center and golf course were under maintenance which meant no pool. I think that we should have been informed about this before our stay since it was included in the amenities however, we had wonderful beach weather so we weren't in want of a pool too badly.

The perfect vacation villa for a family or friend group. The amenities are endless. The house is in a great location & is close to the beach.

The condo is in a great location within the Sea Trails resort with a golf course and pond veiw out the front window. The lock out apartment is a great plan with its own separate entrance, simple kitchen and screened porch. All spaces are beautifully open when renting the entire condo. The front large screened porch is inviting and best used during the less humid and cooler seasons. We loved the festive ceiling lights of the screened porch. The only thought for sharing with the owners is more comfortable living area seating. Compliments to the owner/s.

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed the Villa. Our family met up with us and stayed here to. They were very impressed with everything also. Cooking in the kitchen was enjoyable and convenient with all the amenities. It was quiet at night and the beds were very cozy and comfortable. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Enjoyed the property, would suggest a map of the Sea Trail complex be available. It's somewhat confusing trying to get you bearings about which exit to use to get to other locations.

Property was clean and very nice

My wife and I stayed three nights in October as we love Sunset Beach and Sea Trails Plantation. This unit had more space than the two of us required but we like the price and location. The screened porch faces out on the 7th green of the Maples golf course and the entire neighborhood gets lots of both sunshine and shade. We liked the proximity to the beach and Sea Trails is a good central location for exploring Calabash and Ocean Isle Beach. The property was very well maintained and furnished and the house will easily sleep six. My wife had a bit of a working vacation and there were plenty of separate spaces provided and the wifi was strong. We especially enjoyed the screened porch with the dining table and the second screened porch off of the 2nd bedroom. The only wish list item would have been a more comfortable lounge-type chair on the porch. Would definitely recommend this place for a golfing weekend. We would go back!
