Many aspects of home were less than expected- Very worn, frayed towels, and few of them Less than bare minimum of dishwasher soap and garbage bags (we had to improvise) Kitchen cupboards not clean Poor WiFi - cut out when several were using A number of outlets simply didn’t work Blinds in master bedroom not fully functional Washer not clean at all Just an overall deep clean and some upgrades on the above items would greatly enhance this home.

Unfortunately, the day we arrived the code didn't work to the front door so we had to wait until someone called in a new code. It was after hours so we had to wait a bit. The A/C was not running so it took time to cool the house down. The upstairs really never got cool. I gave my entire family's names for gate access and they had none of our names listed and gave my family a hard time (actually rude) about getting in. The master bath was a nice size but the outlets didn't work so I had to use a different bathroom. The den was a great size with lots of seating so that worked well. The kitchen/den area was very spacious and that is where we spent most of our time. The recycling trash can was full of smelly stuff so we just put that outside as someone at Suncastle told us to do that. We truly enjoyed ourselves but hope you can improve on these very simple things to help make the next person's stay more comfortable. .

Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our vacation and enjoyed the property however, I have a couple of suggestions to make things better for future guests. The towels and washcloths desperately need to be replaced with new matching sets. The towels and washcloths did not match, and they were old, stained etc. I would suggest replacing with white so that they can be thoroughly sanitized. The kitchen has too many dishes, pots, pans, glasses, etc. and should be replaced with newer and fewer. If these things are taken care of, this will be a five star property.

The house was very clean and was as advertised. Pool was great, tiki bar and grill were very nice. Owner communicated well. The roof did have a leak that began dripping out first night. Someone came out the next day and patched it, but it was apparent this was not the first time. Thankfully none of our belongings were effected, but there was concern that repeated water infiltration through the ceiling created air quality issues (unconfirmed). Would absolutely recommend the unit, once the roof has been replaced and/or the leak is fully addressed.

This is one of several places we have stayed in Ponte Vedra Beach while renovating our own home. It is spacious five bedroom home with a nice, enclosed pool. The master bedroom and bath are large and accommodating, and overall the house is nice. It is obviously a rental property, and is a little beat up, but it is clean, spacious and well located.

We had 8 people staying here. Everyone who needed, had a separate bedroom, to get away from the group. My granddaughters loved the pool. We enjoyed starting the day with coffee by the pool and watching golfers go by. Not close to the ocean, but ok for us since the weather didn’t cooperate. Beautiful community.

Good morning. I welcome the time to tell how how my Stay at Vrbo was more than a disappointment. The entire home I stayed at was extremely dirty. The bedding and pillows I am sure were unchanged for many many years and were yellow stains throughout . Their actually was a blood stain on one of the mattresses along with numerous brown stains on carpeting and bedding. The carpets and rugs were absolutely filthy. I actually slept on towels and used a towel for my pillow . The ovens were rusted and encrusted with food as well as the utensils . There was no toilet paper to be found and I was glad I had Kleenex on me. I called VRBO the evening I arrived but there was nothing to be done at that late time of the night. The manager did come by in the morning and did get us a new pillow but the entire home is filthy and not what the pictures show. Overall I am extremely disappointed that no further arrangements could have been made to accommodate us elsewhere. I would not recommend VRBO to others
