Clown Fish Cottage - Pet Friendly with King Bed

This is a nice quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. The property had everything we needed, including kitchen supplies, beach chairs and a cart to take our items to the beach. Very short walk to the beach! Owner was very nice and helpful.

Short walk to the beach, perfect screened porch with swing. We would stay here again. It would be nice if you would add an extra mirror outside the bathroom. A full-length mirror would be great . Add a note to the listing about the extra coffee maker that takes K-Cups.

We really enjoyed our stay at Clown Fish cottage. Better than advertised. Mexico Beach is vibrant again. The beaches were pristine and we really enjoyed horseback riding on the beach at the Cape. The pics are just steps away from the cottage.

This place was very clean and just as advertised. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking in. The location to the beach is ideal. Even with 2 small children it was an easy trip to and from the beach. Nice neighborhood hood to be able to walk your dog in. We would definitely come back for another stay.

Two houses down from the beach. Wouldn’t even consider it a whole block. Very close and convenient! Very clean, had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and would rent again in the future! A plus that we could bring our sweet Basil (shihtzu-poodle). Beautiful beaches with lots of marine life, especially dolphins!

Perfect property for a couple or couple with small children! The beach is almost at your front door, and the a/c was wonderful; we were always cool enough. The king bed was very comfy; we both slept all night!Thank you Shep, and Clown Fish Cottage for a fantastic trip.

This was the perfect place and the perfect location for us. The kids thought the bunk beds were the coolest thing! Shep was an amazing host!

The cottage was very clean upon arrival. We didnt cook any meals but if we did the kitchen is fully stocked and the appliances look like their new! Location was pefect...literally walk out, take a left, cross 98 and your at the beach entrance!! Arrival was smooth and there is a binder on the coffee table with info about the cottage and the aera as far as stores and restaurants. Shep was a pleasure to work with. Will go back for sure!!!

Clownfish Cottage could not be any better! First, it is literally a minute-and-a half walk to the beautiful beach. The neighborhood is quiet and you feel like a local. The cottage is cozy, comfortable, with everything you need, including beach gear. The bed and shower are wonderful! I enjoyed the screened-in porch for meals and for swinging in the porch swing in the evenings, with the sound of the surf in the distance and the rustle of the palm trees. I can't wait to go back!

Cute decor and very clean! Location was excellent! Smoke detector is a bit sensitive- if you turn on a burner it’s going off!

Perfect for us! Super close to the beach, friendly quiet neighborhood, lots of places to walk dogs, super great food close by. Accomadting friendly host! Definetly plan to return!

We stayed at the Clownfish Condo in Mexico Beach the 3 rd week of January, which had very unusual weather for Florida! Two days into our stay, snow and cold weather came which caused many stores to close!! Being Midwesterners this was very surprising that some snow could cause a shutdown of businesses. Our stay at the condo was great. It was very comfortable and so clean. The shower was awesome!! The host was so accommodating and wonderful to work with. I would recommend this place.

Perfect location to beach, but that beach did not allow pets.Also, backyard had cacti like stickers that constantly attached to my pets paws.

Highly recommend this home! It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need, bed was extremely comfortable. Great location & easy check in. We loved our stay & will definitely be back.

My husband, my 14 year old dog and me had a blast. I especially loved the screened in porch with a swing!!! We all enjoyed the local beaches, bars and shops. We will definitely return!!

This was our second stay at The Clown Fish Cottage and it did not disappoint. The house is clean and functional. It is perfect for our family of four, two adults and 2 kiddos under 10. The neighborhood is nice and quiet for this time of year. Shep is quick to answer questions and easy to communicate with. The overall experience was excellent! We look forward to coming back!

Shep was amazing to deal with and he graciously understood the health of our dog and made an exception. In which we were forever grateful. We will stay here again & again if he’ll have us. The Clown Fish Cottage never disappoints us. This was our second visit and everything was great. The well equipped unit was very clean, the close walk to the beach and the screened in porch with the comfortable swing from which you can see the water, were all exceptional. Meeting the owner, who was very accommodating, was a plus. We'll definitely be back next year!

My little family loved staying at the Clown Fish Cottage. The location to the beach was great! My daughter loved the bunk beds. This was our second time to Mexico Beach and we will definitely keep this place in mind when coming back!
