The entire space was just renovated for 2025 with new flooring, wall paint, art, decor, furniture. The decor creates a pleasant space to relax and hang out. If you need to get some work done, there is a desk with plenty of room to spread out.

Fresh linens and towels are provided for each guest.

The laundry room has machines available for your use. Please bring your own laundry soap.

You will be provided a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels.

Emily, This was a great space for our group. We enjoyed walking to the Transfer Co Food Hall and Chavis Park. Our dogs enjoyed running in the nice back yard while we sat in the porch. We had a great time and found it very easy to stay here!
