I'm a real estate agent and was embarrassed with the quality. this place could do much better.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was in prime location on the beach. House was clean upon arrival. The master bathroom could use a little update on it but all in all we enjoyed our week. We did have to buy some terro and throw away some food in the cupboards due to ants polluting but they cleared up after 2nd day.

The bathrooms were small and somewhat outdated but worked for the two of us. Very nice to have your beach gear delivered for the week. Enjoyed our week and would return again

Reviewer Comments: We are returning renters at Cloud 9 because it has everything we need: perfect location, convenient layout, appliances in good repair (including a new dishwasher!), a comfortable master bed, decent storage/closets. We don't need fancy, just comfortable. We had an issue with a bedroom overhead light/fan and Garden City Realty couldn't have been more helpful!

So no TV & no reading my digital newspapers in the morning.I WILL NEVER RENT THIS HOUSE AGAIN. Very disappointed.

Reviewer Comments: We love the location of Cloud Nine, having rented a house nearby for years. We chose Cloud nine because of the size, floor plan, and location: We need only 3 bedrooms , prefer a center living area, and have to be right on the beach! The house is clean and well-kept. It is old and the bathrooms are small, but who cares? The living area and kitchen are spacious, comfortable, and full of daylight. The one surprise is there’s not a usable closet in the main bedroom: that’s where the water heater is. We’d change that and put one of those small, immediate heat ones under the house. And we’d add a roof on the beachfront porch so we could sit outside more. We made future reservations before we left and hope to continue renting Cloud Nine for years! That tells you something!
