A few minor problems at the beginning of our stay were quickly addressed, and the house was comfortable for 3 couples during one week, and 4 adults and 3 kids over Thanksgiving. The pool and outside area are great, the kitchen well-appointed, and common spaces are comfortable.The one caution I would offer is that the 4th “bedroom” in the pool house is not particularly comfortable. It’s damp smelling and requires a dehumidifier to be running 24/7. There are no closets in the room. We used it for our teenage grandson, and used the bathroom there as a spare shower, but I wouldn’t count on it as an option for a couple.Location is great, walkable to everything.

Reviewer Comments: We rented Cloud Nine for the month, knowing that we’d have a variety of friends and family of all ages staying at various times during the month. The house is flexible, and accommodated all our needs. The large outside table and retractable awning made the backyard a perfect place for happy hour, and the pool was big enough for the kids to play.

Great off street parking and well appointed home. This was our second time renting from Truman & Company and they are great. Very responsive!

There really aren't words for how amazing this place was. There was so much room for our family of four adults and four kids. We could all be in a separate area and not interact at all or we could all be gathered in one space and feel completely comfortable. The enormous table out back was ideal for our outdoor meals every lunch and dinner. The backyard has the perfect balance of sun and shade. Pool was the perfect temperature for swimming at any time and much larger than I felt like it was going to be based on the pics. We often times had all eight of us in at once along with lots of floats and pool times at the same time. The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance and pots and pans we could ask for, including a coffee grinder and Ninja Blender! We made a full Thanksgiving dinner without any problem. There were so many pillows, sheets and blankets that we were never at a loss. The upstairs suite was a spectacular space for my husband to be able to work uninterrupted while the kids had plenty of spaces downstairs to set up and manage their virtual learning. The location is fantastic! We brought our bikes used them to get around the entire time. We only got in our car twice the entire month and only because my son had to have an emergency appendectomy on the third day of our month long stay! You can walk to Higgs Beach in under 10 minutes and the restaurant three doors down from the house was delicious! Our favorite part was the backyard though. I expected to be at the beach every day but the pool and overall tropical feel of the yard made us never want to leave that area! We felt completely secluded with the foliage and rarely heard a peep from any of the neighbors. I really can't say enough good things about the property and would have stayed much longer if possible!

Its welcoming and beautiful. There is off street parking and its two doors down from our favorite cuban restaurant and a short bike ride or even a walk to neighborhood grocery, beach, fishing pier and Duval street. The management company was super responsive and kind and the complimentary concierge service was extremely knowledgeable about the island and suggestions that fit our wants. We loved our time there and wish we were still there.

Reviewer Comments: Part of me doesn't want to say how great this home is, because I get the feeling it will become so popular it won't be available for our yearly return to Key West. But being perfectly honest we have stayed 1 month in Key West every year for the last 11 years and rented 7 different homes. Cloud 9 is by far the best most comfortable home we have rented. We also loved the location. We always stay in Old Town, but many of the streets are busy. Cloud 9 is on a quiet street within a 10 min walk of the beach. We have also worked with several Key West rental companies over the years and Wendy Zintsmaster's team was among the best.
