Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Grayt Life was a fantastic rental property that exceeded our expectations. A great option for two families to share with plenty of room to accomodate kids and teens. Was able to easily walk or bike to 5+ coffee shops. We loved the location. Getting to the beach was simple and a beautiful walk. The pools were a nice feature (one was heated in March which was perfect). We had a little difficulty getting updated codes for the gates (entrances and pools), but that was our only complaint with this booking. The outside space was another great feature of this home. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again and highly recommend.

The house was the perfect location to the beach and pool. It was plenty big enough. I would say it would have been better had we had another room or two with a king bed. The walk to the beach seemed a bit long with kids, however the beach was perfect! We enjoyed being closer to the state park so we could spread out. We looked everywhere for the wagon that was advertised as being there, but couldn't find it.

Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean, spacious and close to: Seaside, Grayton, Blue Mountain..Private beach was a close walk; didn't need to drive or ride bikes. Neighborhood wasn't crowded like Seaside. Kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking equipment essentials, ice maker was a huge plus, outdoor grill was great. House had beach towels, beach toys. There was a balcony on every floor. Outdoor shower was great to rinse off sand. We will be back!
