Close To World Class Beaches And Village

This was our second summer staying in this property. Recent bathroom updates have made it even nicer! Central location within short drive to either shore of the Cape. Lots of bedrooms are super convenient for our multi-generational group.

Fabulous property. Better than advertised. Wonderful layout. Large rooms. Great kitchen for preparing and eating wonderful meals. Superb deck. Owner is extraordinary to work with.

This property was a great spot for an early family Christmas with all the space and bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Forgot to bring our linens and the host was able to connect us quickly to a local service to provide for our stay. Great rental experience and a great host!

The house is very spacious with five bedrooms and beds for 12 people. It was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. Very nice open kitchen, dining area with a big cozy living room. The deck and yard are great! The only downside is that the house is right on the traffic circle which can be noisy. Otherwise, I definitely recommend this lovely house!

Very clean and comfortable 5 bedroom house. The family had easy access to the bay and ocean beaches.And the owner provided perfect weather for our entire stay!

Beautiful home with lots of space to accommodate our growing family. Nice size backyard. Spacious kitchen, dining room, living room. Comfortable good size bedrooms. With all the amenities you would want. Good location with easy access to shopping,restaurants, beaches. Our host quickly responded to any questions. Made our stay all the better. This was our second stay and would definitely return for our annual Cape family vacation.

We had a wonderful family reunion and vacation at Dan's home. It was in a great location. Dan was wonderful to work with and made our stay perfect.

The house was spacious, attractive, and extremely comfortable, not to mention spotless and well-equipped. There was more seating in the living room than we expected, which was a welcome surprise and an advantage over many houses we’ve rented. It was also a great convenience that we didn’t have to pack beach chairs for the trip thanks to their availability at the house..The property owner was also extremely attentive and responsive to our question. A great property to rent overall.

Great location to see all that the Cape offers. House was great space for large family gathering- nice patio and large dining area!

We had a wonderful time! We didn't realize until the last day that there was a fire pit and an outdoor shower, but would love to take advantage of them next time.

The house was lovely, well furnished and decorated with spacious rooms. Everything was immaculately clean. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of all the tableware and coming pots and utensils you would expect. The television was easy to use. The upstairs den was especially nice as a couple of our party members needed to take care of work. Communication was very quick and clear. It made for a wonderful spot for our family to gather for some nostalgia and some good times. Beds were comfortable and there was ample space for all of us to unpack our belongings.
