This cozy home is conveniently located a short distance from shopping and dining at the Village, and is a short bike ride from SHARC. With a reverse layout, the great room with living, kitchen, and dining room is upstairs and stays cozy on those cool evenings with a warm wood fireplace. Relax and enjoy a movie on the flat screen TV. Step outside onto the fully enclosed front deck for grilling on the gas bbq, or out on the fully enclosed back deck for a soak in the hot tub.
A queen bedroom with gorgeous natural light and views of the forest is on the main level and is adjacent to the full bathroom.
Head downstairs to two more bedrooms; one bedroom with two twin beds and the other with a queen bed and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo in between.
When you are ready to head out and explore Sunriver, head out on one of the 4 adult bikes to find all of the excitement of the area within a few miles of your front door. The Village at Sunriver, acres of green fairways at 2 award-winning golf courses, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all easily accessible from this Sunriver vacation rental. Fish the Fall River or Crane Prairie Reservoir for a nearby excursion. Looking for wintertime fun Try snowshoeing on the fairways or head up to Mt. Bachelor, just a mere 22 miles from your front door.
This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.
This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply
Family reunion Great! Book this home along with our 1 Coyote, 18 Coyote, 19 Coyote, 20 Coyote, and 8 Coyote homes and have plenty of room for the whole family.
Great stay in this Sunriver cabin which has everything you need to enjoy your vacation.
Love Sunriver, but didn't know about the train track behind the cabin, and extremely disturbing the speed of the train. cobwebs in the entry, and finger nails on the bathroom floor. Bedspread in master was old and musty. And, the AC didn't work during very warm weather in Sunriver. Would not stay at this location again. We paid top dollar for the stay, but didn't receive in kind.
Lots of stairs and a little outdated. Overall a nice place to stay and enjoy sun river activities.
awesome
Great stay!!
My husband and I had a wonderful getaway in this house. The split layout worked out great for us and our 2 dogs, as we spent all of our time on the upper main level. Super close to the Village!

This house provided a great place for us to stay in Sunriver. A few notes though...the master bedroom upstairs has big windows with no coverings. The morning light blares in there making it almost impossible to sleep in. It also REALLY heats the room up, so at bedtime it was a sauna in there. But we opened the window and put the box fan right in front of it, so it helped blow the cool air in the room. The only problem with that was then the window was open when the trains passed through in the middle of the night. It was incredibly loud. Since we have little kids, sleeping in wasn't a deal breaker for us and ear plugs helped with the loud trains. Also, the oven is incredibly small. Won't even work for a take and bake pizza. It barely fit a casserole dish. The stove was also horrible. Out of 4 burners, only 2 worked. It made it really hard to cook. We tried, then ended up eating out the rest of the time. The stove and oven are very old. Looks like from the 1960's. We had a great time and plan to return to Sunriver next year, but not stay in this house. Bennington was very helpful and responsive. Great customer service! I give the house a 3 out of 5 stars and Bennington 5 out of 5 stars.
Pros: open main living area where you can cook and talk to your family/friends. Enclosed hot tub with a nice view. Queen beds are comfortable. Walking distance to the village. The kitchen has ton of supplies to cook: kitchen tools, mixing bowls, casserole dishes etc. They even had a crockpot! Cons: twin bed mattresses were rough. Older windows and sliding doors. Very hot and touchy water heater. Upstairs bedroom has no blinds on the upper windows. Right next to the train tracks. Lots of narrow stairs. The upstairs in hotter than the downstairs. Kitchen could use a pair of scissors and some sort of spray cleaner. Bedroom tvs are outdated.
Great property, a little outdated but all in all a fantastic experience
