Close to the Bay and Beach! 5 BDR in the heart of Barnegat Light

Very nice place. Plenty of room for all 8 of us. Steps away from restaurants and the light house. Dealing with Sonya was a pleasure. Communication was prompt and clear. I would love to rent from her again in the future.

We came for a family wedding, so we didn’t get to explore much. The host was always reachable and helped us when needed.

Check in at 2 PM was an easy process allowed us to spend most of Saturday vacationing. We were blessed to have the most gorgeous weather week and logistically this place was perfect. We did a lot of bike riding boating and beaching.!

The property is well appointed and comfortable. The location is excellent. We love the north end of the island. This house was a bit tight for our group of 10, which included 9 adults - mainly due to the fact that we like a large space to gather together for a meal.

Me, my husband, our grown children & spouses and our 2 grandsons had a wonderful time at the house. The location was perfect at the quiet end of the island. The house was the perfect size for 7 adults and 2 little boys. The outdoor space was also nice for hanging out by the firepit at night.

The house was great! Perfect location on the northern end of LBI, quick walk to the beach, and close to other fun activities. Would recommend highly.

I spent the weekend with my partners and mine family and the house was perfect. Walking distance to the beach, lighthouse, Poppy’s and the deli. The house was clean, slept all of our guests comfortably and Sonya was very easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay on the Barnegat side. 10/10.

The house was so homey, filled with small delights and an impressive backyard! Great for an extended family looking to spend some time together and get to the beach, just a few blocks away. Would def come back!

So many special memories were made for my daughter's Sweet 16 weekend with 9 of her closest friends! They didnt want to leave! Perfect beach house!

We enjoyed our stay in LBI over a Holiday Weekend. Sonya was very quick to respond and accommodating to our group. The house was clean, stocked with everything we needed and in a nice walkable area.Would definitely stay here again when visiting Barnegat Light.

This is our second stay at the wonderful Barnegat Light beach cottage. The house perfectly fits our family of 10, the living areas are cozy and offer enough room for all. The backyard is one of the biggest highlights for us! We love corn hole tournaments during the day and fires at night. Perfect location to bay, beach, mini golf, bike rides, walks to the lighthouse and so much more.

We had a few hiccups with linens upon arrival. The host took care of this right away. She was extremely responsive. Very nice visit with all the things you might need. I’d recommend. Thanks!

The house was perfect for our group. The photos were very accurate so that we could plan sleeping arrangements before we got there. Location was perfect!

We really enjoyed the space of the house-- the open kitchen and living room design created a relaxing space to hang out. The patios and backyard were also beautiful. Convenient location-- 1 minute drive to shops and easy walking to Kubels. A few items could use a little maintenance (some blinds didn't close all the way, leaky spigot in bottom bathroom); however, we had a great week and enjoyed this rental.

My family and I had a great stay at this house. The location is perfect and the house is well stocked with everything you need for a family vacation. Sonya and her husband were super responsive to every question we had -- they are great hosts. We also loved the set up with bedrooms and TVs on each level. It worked out great for our three teenage/college age kids who all kinda wanted their own space and invited friends down for two of the nights during our stay. The neighborhood and neighbors were also very nice -- we were sorry we had to leave on the day there was a block party scheduled! We would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice week with some beautiful beach days. Everything worked well in the house and was as we anticipated.

Nestled in the heart of Barnegat Light, a short walk away from the beach, the bay, shops, Old Barney, mini golf, White's, Kubels, etc. Great spot to explore the north end of LBI!

Great experience staying at this property. We are absolutely going to book for next year!
