Stayed Dec 27, 2025The property itself and location were excellent. That being said, I have never felt more uncomfortable in a home then I did at this property. From the way the owner communicated and came across, I got the feeling that they really don't like people in their home but maybe have to do it for financial reasons. While staying one night I got really cold so my husband turned the heat up and then at 9:30pm I got a text from the owner saying they didn't want anyone touching the thermostat. We didn't even want to use the BBQ because they wanted you to replace any propane you use! To me that's a bit much, we paid a lot of money to stay there. Upon checkout I was sure to do literally everything on their checklist because I didn't want to miss anything, then once we left that morning the owner started asking questions wanting to make sure we did everything. Even asking if we closed the gate. After this stay we have decided to just stay at a hotel from now on so at least we feel comfortable.

Stayed Nov 5, 2025Suzanne was a very gracious host. Her communication before, during, and upon checkout was excellent. The house was amazing and was very close to the wedding venues we attended and to all of the sights we wanted to see while in Arizona. I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a great vacation spot in Arizona.

Stayed Nov 23, 2018Enjoy sunrise from the balcony, relax in the quiet backyard, walk to Main St. ...this home is your relaxing vacation away from home. The owners are wonderful to work with and very responsive with all communication! The home is well appointed and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, and the location is perfect for walking and enjoying Main St. activities, pool, restaurants, shops. I highly recommend this home!

Stayed Jan 14, 2018Suzanne is a wonderful host and always available if needed. The home is in an ideal place in Verrado - walkable to Main Street, playgrounds, golf, dining and hiking trails. The neighborhood is very family friendly and welcoming. We will be visiting again!
