To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbours, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort.

Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered.

A 500 Security Deposit (PRE-Authorisation) IS TO BE Held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or Visa.

You can check in anytime between the hours of 3PM and 5PM on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival.

Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guests limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property Immediately with no refund of monies including security deposit. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8.00 AM.

    Overall really bad cockroach and pest problem. House is in dire need of pest fumagation

    The location of the house was good as it was close to shoal bay and little beach. The house is huge and rooms very spacious. Plus the ducted aircon was lovely. However the place needs work. The dishwasher didn’t really work (ran for hours and dishes not clean). There was light bulbs not working in a few of the bedside lamps. The outdoor patio roof was completely falling apart, full of holes and as a result got quite wet when it rained. The smoke alarm downstairs started beeping and had been taped together which did not seem safe. Also I will comment that there was no cleaning products at all in the house. No spray and wipe or toilet cleaner or anything which I found quite strange. A nice touch would have been to also provide more than one bin liner for a week stay and maybe even some salt and pepper as these are things most people wouldn’t think to bring with them especially from interstate.

    House was clean & area was great. But taking own linen & towels was a huge inconvenience. When going away, don’t really want to take extra luggage. I would have preferred to have paid that little extra & had house ready to enjoy.

    Nice large and quite place. Good location. Broken dishwasher, bbq not cleaned properly, tv remote doesnt work. Other than that nice play to stay.

    We really enjoyed our stay here. Just down the road from Shoal Bay and close to shops and cafes. The home was very comfortable. Our only issue is that the double garage is not to be used by holiday tenants and the parking is kind of tricky. Besides this everything was great.
