Stayed Apr 12, 2025We wanted to relax in the Twin Lakes area after our Grand Canyon trip. Lots of space in this house for relaxing. Our 5 year old wanted to swim. The pool is nice and clean. Fortunately it was just warm enough outside. Nice house to spend a few days.

Stayed Mar 11, 2025It’s a nice place with plenty of room. It could use just a little tlc. The shower doors in the master bath didn’t close properly and one of the handles was missing. A towel bar in the other bath was missing. We didn’t use the gas grill but noticed a spatula and fork sitting on the grill that appeared to be dirty from a previous guest. There were dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. We assumed they were dirty and left them there and washed them when we ran the dishwasher upon departure. The house is in a good location if you like to hike.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house was beautiful! Loved the pool area (especially in the evening or early morning) and that shower in the master bathroom..WOW!!! The house just felt like home.

Stayed Apr 12, 2024Beautiful and relaxing home with everything you need. Property manager very nice and welcoming. We wish we had more time to go in the pool but due to a business trip we couldn’t. We will repeat our stay in the future.

Stayed Mar 20, 2024This was our first family trip to Arizona, and we will definitely be back. We took in two Spring Training games, went to the Grand Canyon via train in Williams, AZ and did some hiking and exploring in Sedona. This house was the perfect size for my husband and I and our daughter. House was clean and as advertised. Recommendation: ask about passes to use pool and gym facilities in Presidio and Starlight. It was $15/person for the week. We loved having access to the pools and gym. There is a heated lap pool outside and a large pool with slides at Starlight and another pool at Presidio. If you like to be outside, turn left on Estrella Parkway and walk down to the lake. Do the lake loop—it’s about 4 miles round trip. Started our days off doing this walk most mornings! Our daughter loved feeding the ducks and birds there. Only downside is the location as there are not much food offerings except fast food by the grocery store. However, the two restaurants in Estella Mountain Ranch (Lakeside Grill and The Cantina at Presidio) were fabulous and very close. We ate dinner at these places most evenings. Used the Safeway grocery store to stock up on food so we could eat all breakfasts and lunches at the house or the pool. Do recommend the Organ Stop Pizza—Wurlitzer piano player plays songs while you eat. Super fun but bit of a drive. Rental company was extremely responsive and very helpful as was owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Feb 22, 2024The only negativity I can say was having to deal with Evolve!!! No response at all from our Guest Contact person and I tried emails and texts!! House was very nice but who ever takes care of it needs to pay more attention to outside. Weeds growing all over in through the pavers out back by the pool. Very unsightly and we ended up pulling them because we spent the majority of our time out back.

Stayed Dec 30, 2023In town for a New Year’s Eve wedding. This place was so adorable! I loved the kitchen! I wish we would have had time to just sit and enjoy watching tv. Would love to stay here when we could use the pool.
