    Came to the area for a concert at Red Rocks. The house was perfect for our small group and super close to the concert venue and small towns to wander around. I would highly recommend.

    The house was great & the landlord was amazing with taking care of any need we had. The web pictures are a little deceptive in that it looks like there is a large backyard when in fact we had a very small backyard in a residential neighborhood. The steps leading to the detached sauna need some attention, definitely not for those who aren’t very sure footed. Several homes had bars on the windows and doors so we were a little concerned at first, but it turned out to be fine.

    The property was amazing. Close enough to Denver and Boulder but far enough away where you feel like you can relax. The property and the service was amazing. The hosts checked in multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property and plan on staying here again next time I’m in town. I would rate it 6 stars if I could.
