Close to everything! Even walk to spring training!

We live in Payson but had to stay in the valley to attend my mother-in-law’s memorial service. The process from renting the VRBO to checking in was very easy and straightforward. Renting a VRBO instead of a hotel room also provided other family members in town a central point to gather.

Loved this location. Super close to the tennis facility. Lots of close y restaurants and close to the baseball facility if you love baseball. Heads up though, the community pool does not open until May 1st! The host was super responsive and was flexible on timing to accommodate our schedule. It was greatly appreciated!

The place is nice and comfortable. Would love to stay there again!Communication with host was great.Had non-toxic cookware (ceramic instead of teflon), which is the first I see compared to any other place!

This house was the perfect location to stay for a tennis tournament hosted in Surprise. It was less than a 5 minute drive to the courts and the wonderful public park area in Surprise, and was a great base of operations. It would also be a great location for Rangers or Royals spring training games, as the stadium is even closer to the house than the tennis courts are. Communication with Carrie was seamless. Highly recommended house and host!

There was a bit of miscommunication upon check-in, however the host was EXTREMELY quick in response and she was able to get us taken care of immediately for a very wonderful stay in her property. I would definitely rent from her again in future visits.

Nice house in a great area. We enjoyed our stay visiting with family in the area. One point of improvement. There could be more cutlery. There was not enough for our needs.

Carri was great and prompt to respond. The house was clean and had a good layout. We were there to house hunt in Peoria so it met our needs. I would say if you are looking for things to do, we found we had to drive a distance and there’s not much you can walk to.

The house was perfect for our needs. We were in town for a national senior tennis tournament and the residence was within walking distance of tennis center. A relaxing place to be when we needed a break from the tournament. Clean, plenty of bedsheets and towels. Two bathrooms—nice! Would certainly stay here again if our team qualifies for next year’s tournament!

The stay was perfect and CARRI was amazing! She wanted everything to be perfect and really cared about us and was very concerned that we had everything we needed! We will definitely call her again the next time we are in town! Thank you CARRI for taking such great care of us! It’s nice to see that there are still people like you out there! Nick
