Stayed Jan 23, 2026This is a very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Cleanliness is outstanding. We appreciated the walled backyard which blocked views to the neighbors. Very nice to have a garage with an automatic door opener.The host was very responsive. We highly recommend this property.

Stayed Nov 14, 2025I highly recommend this property if you plan on staying in the Surprise area. The location was central but still quiet, safe and easy to access. The house is incredibly clean, smells great and fit or family perfectly. The host is also fantastic and easy to work with.

Stayed Oct 31, 2025This home is in a great location. We were allowed to use the garage and drive way. Easily fit a small trailer, Utility vehicle and two large full size trucks. Furniture was a little dated.

Stayed Dec 30, 2024The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, equipped with everything we needed. Carri thought of everything, including Kleenex! Kitchen was well equipped and bath and bed linens were very nice! The furnishings were very tasteful and in beautiful shape! We will definitely stay here again! One of our best experiences with VRBO or airb&b. Carri is very responsive if you have questions and sent us directions to the rec center where we enjoyed pickleball.

Stayed Nov 20, 2024I was in town for a week on business, and because I travel with my border collie, this place was a Godsend. With a safe backyard, comfortable clean stocked house, great neighborhood, and easy check-in, we felt right at home. I definitely recommend, and I will stay again when in town. Thank you!
