To complete your booking, you must sign a Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking. The link will be included in your booking email.
*For guests w/dogs: our home is not a kennel or boarding facility. We only allow dogs. Please take your dog with you as you explore the area. If you leave your dog unattended, you must put them in a crate. Please bring your own or you can rent a crate from us for as low as $10/day.
All guests will follow the Good Neighbor Agreement and will:

✔️ Not tamper, disable, block or remove the safety and security devices, such as the smoke alarms, CO alarms, Minut privacy safe noise monitor located in the living room, and Ring video doorbell.
*The Ring doorbell is located at the front door and points toward the sidewalk, steps, porch, landing, front yard and catches part of the driveway. A second Ring security camera is located on the east side of the house and monitors the driveway. The Rings are motion sensitive recording devices and operational 24/7/365. The host has access to the cameras and the video recordings at all times via the Ring app. There are no cameras inside the home.
The home is treated for pests quarterly. During the spring/summer, the plants are watered and the lawn is mowed during the week, weather permitting.

Located in a historic, quiet neighborhood, you might forget how close you are to the vibrant Uptown District on NW 23rd Street or the Plaza District on NW 16th Street! You can easily walk, cycle, scoot or ride over to OKC’s best restaurants, shops, and eclectic services!
Many fast food options are within 1-2 blocks, such as Panda Express, Jimmy John's, Raising Canes, McDonald's and Salad To Go. Great dine-in restaurants are nearby such as Social, Ma Der Lao, Empire Slice, Cheever's, and Syrup.
The neighbor has friendly dogs which spend the majority of the day outside. The bark a little bit, mostly when they want their owner to bring them inside.
Guests will have access to the entire house and the outdoor living area in the backyard (except for the owner’s closet, attic, and crawl space). The backyard is fenced in, but there are a few small holes in the fence. Owners will supervise their dogs while in the backyard.
Vehicles impacted by the recent Hyundai safety recall (NHTSA ID: 23V-651000) and Kia's safety recall (NHTSA ID: 23V-652000) are prohibited from parking in the driveway for safety reasons. Search the NHTSA IDs for vehicles impacted by the recalls.

- Let the full size appliances (fridge, dishwasher, oven) do the heavy lifting
- Refresh in the large shower/tub combo
- Leave your shower products at home - refillable shower products are provided
REST:
- Two cozy bedrooms (K, Q) w/comfy mattress, crisp linens & pillows
- Sleep soundly with the blackout curtains drawn
- The living room sofa unfolds into a sleeper
- Each bedroom has spacious closets
- Small workspace overlooking the backyard (located in king bedroom)

The neighborhood is highly walkable & bikeable. On any given day you may see dog walkers walking or families playing in the nearby park. The EMBARK bus stop is a block away and provides reliable transportation services for neighbors and tourists alike. Like most city centers, having a vehicle is the easiest way to explore OKC.
