Close to Downtown Seaside, This Clean, Bright Townhome is a Sweet Retreat!

This lovely home was very spacious and comfortable had everything we needed to cook and clean as well. Loved the master bedroom. Would definitely rent again

No real interaction with owners ... just Meredith properties.

People were great. They put us in a unit with a crack heat exchanger and didn’t tell us about it. Not knowing we turned on the heat and when Trane came to replace the unit an installer said you're lucky to be here. A cracked heat exchanger with the heat running creates carbon monoxide. That made my hairs on my neck stand up

Short walk to downtown where the shops and restaurants are located. Also, short walk to the promenade and beach. Comfortable two bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse with gas fireplace and well equipped kitchen. Short drive to the Safeway grocery store.

Clean rooms. Shops nearby. Beach close by.

Wonderful place to bring your family. 5 minute walk to the beach. My children loved every minute of it. Great location, very clean.

It is a nice place, but it has lots of stairs . We loved the location. It is close to everything.

We stopped here for 2 nights and the property was great for location and comfort!

We stayed here while in Seaside for a sand soccer tournament and will absolutely look to stay here again in the years to come. It was spacious and clean and had all the amenities we needed during our stay.

The house is in an excellent location. Walkable to numerous restaurants and the beach. The house in good condition. We had everything we needed for our 4 night stay.

The location and house itself was great. It’s run by a management company so very rule heavy. It’s plastered all over the fridge, and they want laundry partially done before you leave. You’ll get charged if “their cleaning staff takes longer than normal” whatever that means.. the check out rules states check out is 11, which they wouldn’t let me do. 10 am sharp, and they’ll remind you 5 times so you don’t forget.

The location was great. Fully stocked home with garage parking. We all enjoyed our stay, the home was clean and spacious with comfortable furnishings. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay for 3 nights. Close to downtown and restaurants. Very clean and tidy. Easy to check in and out.

We stayed here for a youth basketball tournament in Seaside and had a fantastic experience. The home was very comfortable, welcoming, and had a cozy, homey feel. The location was perfect—within walking distance to all the fun shops, the arcade, and the beach. My only minor complaint was the lack of a Brita or any filtered water option, so we had to drink from the tap. Other than that, it was a great stay, and we’d definitely consider booking again!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and the check in/out process was clear and easy. We would love to stay here again. My only complaint was that Netflix wasn’t connecting on the master bedroom tv, but that wasn’t that big of a deal. It worked on the downstairs tv.

This property was perfect! The host had the home well prepared. It was clean with plenty of fans for good air circulation. The location is ideal! We were able to easily walk downtown or to the beach. Loved our stay and would definitely book again!

We loved staying here. It was clean and cozy and so close to the beach. We were worried that our van (Chrysler Town and Country) wouldn't fit in the garage but it did. The check out process was easy. Would totally stay here again!
