Close to Disneyland and the beach

This Costa Mesa home was the perfect location for our two families to gather, enjoy a trip to Disneyland, visit the Space Shuttle Endeavor at USC, and take some iconic walks on the Santa Monica pier and Rodeo Drive. The home is in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located near a mall, restaurants and quick access to the 405 and John Wayne-Orange County Airport. The kitchen was fully stocked with oils, spices, cookware and appliances. The coffee and hot chocolate bar was an added bonus. The outdoor dining area looked amazing, but rain kept us inside for dinners around the large dining table or breakfast at the kitchen bar. Cheryl and Tony were wonderful hosts and very responsive to any questions we had. After our stay, Cheryl was even kind enough to mail a pair of trousers that one of the kids left behind. Their home offers all one needs for an excellent Southern California get-away, especially for families.

This was such a beautiful and cozy home ina quiet, nice neighborhood. Felt like home away from home. Home was clean, beds super comfy, spacious area for my entire family of 7. The pool and jacuzzi was amazing as well. Cheryl was very quick to respond to texts messages when needed. We will definitely stay here again when we plan our next visit.

We loved the property. Very clean, nice neighborhood. Very quiet and we felt safe there. Communication with the hosts was great. We’ve rented houses in OC before but this one was the best! Back patio was the best part with palm trees and grill. We spent most free time on it.

We booked this home for our family Disneyland vacation! Originally, myself, my husband, our adult daughter, her husband, and two grandchildren, and until day of, we weren’t sure whether our 18 yr old grandson who just graduated, would make it, BUT HE DID!! So 4 adults, 5, counting the 18 yr old, a 15 yr old and a 8 year old! I chose this amazing home, for its 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and it location being close to everything! This home was in a great neighborhood, and easy to find! Other than our confusion over which “pool” to go to, (there are 2 directly across the street from each other, go to the one with the white fence) we actually had everything else go very smoothly!! The home featured everything any of us could ever need, and after renting homes in the US, France and Italy, I have to say this is the nicest home we’ve ever stayed at! Short drive to Disneyland, for 2 days, and one day we went to Hermosa Beach, another day we went to Newport Beach. We ate at Fireside Grill on the day we arrived, per my son in law. It was his birthday, and he’s always found good food in hotels. This was no exception. Delicious food, great service! We ate at Shakeys Pizza, the night before we left, just because we haven’t had any Shakeys in Colorado for over 30 years! With 3 kids in the group, everyone was happy! The grill outside and the beautiful patio, made a bbq easy when my nephew and his wife came for a visit!! We also ate a couple home cooked meals, and the huge dining room table accommodated all of us! Family of 7, for 7 nights, PERFECT! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME, THE OWNERS WERE SUPER EASY TO COMMUNICATE WITH, AND OUR WEATHER WAS PERFECT!

The property far exceeded the photos, we were so surprised. The rooms were plenty big enough for 4 adults and 2 16 year olds. We found shopping very convenient and access to the attractions good. The pool was fine and very close. Fully recommend a stay.

Wonderful place - wonderful people. Their home was a very happy place. Great desk for two to work at, comfortable beds, even a pool table and a piano. Don't go outside at dusk - there are mosquitos, but after dark a stroll in the neighborhood thru the park is cool, beautiful and safe. Thank you Tony and Cheryl, we would come back.

I booked this Villa for a vacation with my family visiting from the UK . I have three young children and we have all really enjoyed it, it’s an excellent property and an excellent location to visit all local attractions and cities. I would highly recommend this property and would love to come back and stay.

Great home that suited our family of 8 perfectly. Very close to a shopping mall. Most beaches are 20-30 min away and Venice beach about an hour. LA and Hollywood are both about an hour. The home is located in a safe area with swimming pool only steps away. The pool table inside the home and sitting area outside were great for nighttime entertainment. The hosts were fantastic and overall this was a great vacation rental.

Great experience, playground right on the corner as well as a basketball court, and swimming pool.
