Close to beach 5 bedrooms, two golf carts,3 bathrooms, linens cleaning included

Loved our stay here! So close to the beach and comfortable house exactly as described. Owner was very nice and responsive!

The house was every spacious and easy to maneuver around.

Everything a vacation stay for an average family could be!

The property was conveniently close to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. Amenities included golf carts, community pools and hot tub. The property has separate entrances for the downstairs, one bedroom “apartment” and upstairs remainder of house. Works well for adult guests. One of the smaller bedrooms upstairs can only be accessed through the master or from the outside.The property owner/manager did not enter my rental in the association website in a timely manner. I had to wait in the office for over 30 minutes for her to enter the info provided to her weeks prior before I could get passes for vehicles and proceed to the house.

Ok. Microwave didn’t work in upstairs unit.

I have never put up a bad review, but this house needs a lot of work. We have stayed at Oceanside Village for years. The outside was cluttered. There were garbage bags of clean linens, trash, and just stuff that didn't belong outside and needed put away. We thought maybe the house hadn't been cleaned yet. The microwave up stairs doesn't work. The bed frame of one of the twin beds is about to fall apart. One night someone was using the upstairs shower and water poured out of the ceiling vent in the downstairs kitchen. The inside door lock to the front sliding glass door downstairs is missing the latch, you have to use a tool to lock it. There were no frying pans in the downstairs kitchen, upstairs only had 2. There is only one beach chair, we had to go buy some. No beach towels. The golf carts were both nice. Our actual reservation was 8-2 through 8-11; not sure why it shows different dates. Also the picture of the house shows grass on the left side, there's a driveway there with a car and old golf cart. No grass. Owner was responsive but didn't seem too concerned about the water issue. It happened that one time but we didn't let anyone use that upstairs shower after that. Two people showed up saying that they needed to take a picture of the license plate of the car sitting in the driveway, that interaction was just odd.

This property met our family’s needs. We had plenty of room. We would rent again!

Fantastic location and the house was amazing! My family and I had an absolute blast. They even mailed me my golf cart deposit back!

We we able to arrive a bit early. We appreciate the manager for that. But our paperwork was not even close to ready. They had no idea who we were, until we said name Dorothy Wink. Then we were sent to the office to correct all paperwork. Our names, arrival date, Number of guests all incorrect. No stickers to use golf carts. Basically, not ready at all. Office was great, but this was Dorothy's responsibility. Besides that, house Needs cleaning, (shower curtain moldy!) repairs(2 beds need repairs, 2 toilet seats),mattress(too small, dont fit king bed at all), outside needs major cleaning. Storage room inside mess of stuff, door kept opening? No gas for grill. Leaves everywhere. Will be contacting customer service. Have photos and all correspondence with property manager. Which was terrible. Golf carts were not usable. Paperwork needed. Called property manager Thursday. She called back Monday. No help. We rented house and needed carts to go to beach daily, but could not. Even though we called several times and asked. Nothing was done. All I ever asked for is what was promised and advertised, nothing more. We cleaned and fixed things to enjoy our stay. But golf carts, no excuse for that issue. House has potential, but obviously not cared for at all. And they dont seem to care either. Anything listed with Dorothy Wink. STAY AWAY! If not, you'll see for yourself the expensive way. Just ask the ocean lakes village office what they have experienced. Good luck.

The owner was very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay very much, and the use of the golf carts was a great benefit.

Great house with plenty of comfortable beds and 2 kitchens and dining areas. Great to have use of 2 battery charged golf carts and all the pools and recreation areas at Oceanside Village. House very close to beach and pier. Super week with our extended family.

Good place to stay with large family

Beautiful home with lots of space. Great for family and our doggie. We enjoyed having 2 golf carts to ride around the neighborhood and drive to the beach. There’s private golf cart parking at beach access.Oceanside Village is a beautiful quiet community with a lot of amenities. Our dog Hank loved the dog park each day. My 9 month nephew Wells loved the splash park and pool. Our family loved this place and We thank Mrs Dorothy for our 8 day stay.

The house has a great location, close to the beach and restaurants. Having access to the two golf carts was a big plus. The house needs some TLC but the stay overall was nice.

I felt very at home, water pressure was great (pet peeve) and blankets were just the right. Owner was very great at responding.
