Climate-friendly country house with pool in pure nature10 min from all beaches Wifi

Perfect place for rest seekers. Spacious house and garden. Nice and clean pool (not deep 120cm) Close enough to beaches and visits to Cadiz and Jerez. Ultimate friendly and discrete owners/hosts.

Everything was as expected. Dirk even had a bottle of wine and cold beers in the fridge. His daughter brought over a jar of homage preserves for us the 1st day. Very pleasant stay.

Just returned from a lovely break at this villa. The pool and garden area was lovely and we spent most days by the pool. The villa was a large well equipped kitchen and we did some cooking during our stay. The bedroom are also nice and big. The road is a bit bumpy but it’s ok once you get the hang of it. Hosts Bette and Dirke are really nice and helpful and next door. Gave us fresh eggs from their chickens. Close to Chiclana, Conil and Vejer by car.

We arrived at about 03:30 am, and the owner suggested they would leave a light on so we could locate the property with a bit more ease. The property was very clean and comfortable, we were only there for 5 nights but made use of the pool, the local supermarkets, bars and restaurants. All in al,l it was a very good location and suited our needs so we could relax and enjoy our holiday.

It is true, that the house is large and has spacious room and garden; that it's far away from urban areas; that the pool is for exclusive use; that there is a person who is available to solve problems and that the owner is very friendly. On the other hand it's also true that electricity and water are mostly very limited (having to call every day to the manager to solve it); that the house cleaning leaves much to be desired; that calm is relative because the pack of dogs of neighbors wake you up every day from 7.30 until mid-morning, nonstop; that wifi is shared with the neighbor (and has very little range), as well as the generating solar electricity! ; that the manager enters into the garden without notice and permission; that the nets around windows are not well placed and allow the entrance of all kinds of insects; that there is not allowed to enter the car; that there is a very bad smell if you open the front window of the master bedroom; that the veil that covers the canopy of the bed can not be removed and therefore being cleaned (so rather than preventing insects, it accumulates mites, fleas and other unidentifiable insects). If the excuse for all this disadvantages is the price (which is not a gift), it would be advisable to charge a little more and provide even a better cleaning. Not because of being a rural accommodation it is necessary to pass hardships as having daily electricity and water problems and live in filth. It is not a price issue, it is a matter of worth.
