Appliances consist of an AGA, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher, and for entertainment, a SmartTV with DVD player, and CD player. Outside there is a patio with furniture and barbecue, and off-road parking for three cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a travel cot and two booster seats. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.1 miles. Escape to rural North Yorkshire at Clifford House Farm. Note: Due to the rural location, there may be rare occasions when the WiFi signal is intermittent. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.



The Neighborhood:

Nestling at the foot of Buckden Pike, near the head of Upper Wharfedale, this idyllic village makes the perfect place from which to explore the wonderful scenery and pretty villages of this magnificent Dale. Much of Upper Wharfedale is National Trust owned – an indication of the beauty of its classic countryside, with dry-stone walls and barns, important flower-rich hay meadows and valleyside woodland. Undoubtedly, this is one of the best walking areas in the Dales with The Dales Way passing nearby. The village itself comprises a cluster of stone-built cottages and houses with a traditional green at its centre. A perfect location for a holiday!
