About the home

“Cliff Top Retreat” is a delightful single-storey family home in San Remo with absolute 180-degree water views, just meters from the water and close to the supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of San Remo. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

The huge open plan Kitchen/Living/Dining area (with 65 smart TV, sound system and a selection of board and card games) has spectacular water views and leads to the indoor BBQ area (with gas BBQ, outdoor dining for 6-8 people and two sun lounges) featuring an amazing indoor swimming pool (2.5 x 4.5m - please note the pool is not heated). Also leading from this area is Bedroom 1 which has a WIR, TV and ensuite (with bath, shower and separate toilet). A Hallway provides access to Bedroom 2 & 3 (each with BIR), a Bathroom (with shower and a separate toilet) and a Laundry (with washing machine).

Outdoor Areas

The large semi-covered Deck has incredible water views looking over French Island National Park. The double Garage (with table tennis table and couches) Is not for parking, however there is space for 3 vehicles (cars and/or a boat) in front of the Garage in the driveway. The closest swimming beach is a four minute drive away.

Please note: The home has external security cameras that do not face any internal private areas.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso coffee pod machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and gas cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

There are three wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioners in the home; one in each of the Living room, Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2, a ceiling fan in the indoor BBQ area, plus one additional stand-alone heater and fan which can be used where required. The home has a fireplace in the Living room (no wood provided).

Bedding Configuration

This home has 5 beds (or 6 beds can be arranged), accommodating up to 6 guests:

Bedroom 1: One King bed (which can be converted into 2 Long Single beds)
Bedroom 2: Two Long Single beds (which can be converted into a King bed)
Bedroom 3: Two Long Single beds (which can be converted into a King bed)

Please note that if you want the Long Single beds to be converted into King beds (or the other way around) prior to your arrival, we need at least one week's notice before checking in.
Long single mattress dimensions are approximately 91cm x 203cm and converted king bed dimensions are approximately 180cm x 203cm.

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
