Cliff Diver House: Downtown, Riverwalk, Pearl

This place is great! Location is great and the property was very comfortable. Love the porch. The beds were so comfortable we didn't want to get up to go see San Antonio!

Very spacious and clean accommodations. The beds are especially comfortable! We appreciated the modern kitchen with everything you could want. All questions were answered quickly and graciously. Home is in a quiet neighborhood that’s an easy drive to tourist highlights and great restaurants. Or about a 20-minute walk to downtown. Highly recommend.

We were in the heart of San Antonio. With in minutes of the Alamo. Walkable to the Riverwalk. Close to freeway access. This location flowed with the plan's we made. On top of that, the house was perfect for us. Spacious, relaxing after being out all day. We were able to unwind without feeling like we were on top of each other. All and all, bed were comfy, (even extra pillows). Rooms had fans that kept everything comfortable. 80-90 degree days. Everything was perfect. Cecile was reachable for the 1 small issue we had that was fixed in minutes. We would recommend this home 100 times over. Thank you guys for a great stay.

This house was perfect for four elderly siblings having a little reunion. The decorations were unique, house clean, beds comfortable. We loved both porches for our morning coffee. It was worth having to go up the stairs to get to the unit. It was an easy walk to the downtown river walk and also you can walk over to the Pearl area. We hope to stay there again sometime.

This was a perfect place for my son, daughter-in-law, and me to spend their Spring Break. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms there was plenty of space for privacy, yet a lovely living room, dining room, kitchen, and balconies gave us ample space for gathering and sharing. There is a little gas mart within the block and the RiverWalk is a couple blocks away. It's a quiet, walkable neighborhood with very little traffic. The decor is interesting and fun!

The place was great for two couples. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. It's a quiet area and a central location between the Riverwalk district and the Pearl district. I gave it four stars due to the fact that one shower did not drain at all, the neighbor across the street and empty lot are unsightly when drinking coffee on the porch, and there was no kettle as described. My wife drinks bone broth every morning and it was unsafe to boil water in a pot and pour it into a mug. I also think that it should be noted that the keypad for the house alarm has a camera that looks into the living room, so privacy cannot be guaranteed.

This was the perfect house for our San Antonio getaway! Our 23 year old daughter loved it - she had a bathroom to herself and plenty of space to spread out. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house is set up with everything in mind. We loved reading about the hosts and will absolutely stay here again! 2 balconies for coffee or evening drinks added to the charm. Great location!

This was our second stay at Cliff Diver House. We love the location, amenities, and decorations of this property. It is easy walking distance to the Riverwalk, restaurants, the Pearl, etc. We plan on staying here every time we come back. It's simply the best property.

Absolutely loved this place!!! Located in a great spot near the riverwalk. The balcony was beautiful and the place was decorated soooooo cute!! Perfect place for me and my girls.

Unique rental, very clean and perfect location to enjoy Riverwalk and downtown area. Everything we wanted to do was an easy walk, just wish the weather was nicer. I highly recommend this rental.

The Cliff Diver was just right for our stay in S.A. Comfortable beds, clean and convenient to downtown; as described with no surprises. Fun and interesting eclectic style was a plus! Very responsive owner; we had a little glitch checking in but she immediately answered our call and was able to resolve the issue in two minutes -- very nice!!! Anyone who needs a comfortable place to stay near the heart of S.A. should definitely consider Cliff Diver!

We really enjoyed our stay.

Convenient walk to various breweries and restaurants as well as the river walk and other sights. Well equipped/supplied space with quirky fun atmosphere.

It was close to everything. Also had everything we needed for our stay. The alarm system was a nice touch, giving us a little piece of mind when we were in for the night even though we never felt unsafe.

Nice little apartment, great location, just 2 blocks from the famous 6th street. Loved the vibes of the interior design! The check in with the parking is a little inconvenient, as you have to enter the apartment to get and iPhone that will open the gate to the parking area, which can be difficult if you’re arriving solo. Other than that everything was great! (Not sure why I was asked to rate a winery experience here, didn’t visit any wineries in Austin…)

We loved our stay at the High Diver House! We originally booked our trip for more dates but needed to update the booking and our host was so accommodating. We were so grateful for the quick communication and understanding. The house was adorable with stunning hand-painted furniture and a personal touch from the owners. Perfect for a cozy weekend trip! Would definitely book again!

My husband and I stayed at the Cliff Diver House along with our adult son for three nights to attend an event at the Convention Center. It was in a perfect location (easy to walk, Uber or drive) and was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Wonderfully creative and eclectic decor!

This home is by far one of the best that I have stayed in. All the comforts of home. Quiet neighborhood yet close to all the fun things to do while in San Antonio.

The house was absolutely adorable! Artistic whimsy that I absolutely adore! It is located on a quiet street walking distance to the Riverwalk. Will definitely try and stay there again if I get back to San Antonio!

We had never been to San Antonio and wanted a property close to the sites and activities. This charming second floor unit was perfectly situated and had everything we could ask for. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have keyless entry. If you are older like we are you may want to learn how to use Roku TVs before you get there. The River Walk was within easy walking distance as was the Alamo. We used a car for the other sites. Highly recommend!
