Stayed Aug 1, 2024The place has a really bad smell. Also, several very large centipedes and spiders were in the bathroom and living room. The kitchen table and chairs are very fragile. Almost afraid to sit on the chairs.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024The location of this property is great. Easy to find and close to stores. Check in process is great and check out is super easy, just turn off lights and lock doors. Very nice to not have cleaning instructions. Communication was quick when needed. The space is beautifully remodeled and decorated very nicely. Bathroom is very large and clean. I feel there could be a better job of cleaning in other areas. The floors were not very clean, there was a food container left in the fridge, spiderwebs in corners. We weren’t able to use the pull out couch as planned because it was very dirty. I wasn’t thrilled with the air conditioning unit saying that there was an issue keeping the humidity down so therefore the place was pretty sticky and humid and when told about the problem, owner said he’d look into it Monday after we checked out. The place also smelled of smoke even though it was supposed to be a non smoking home. I do think that maybe the smoke smell was drifting in from neighbors because only one of the rooms smelled more strongly of smoke. Overall though, I would stay again and it was perfect for our needs.

Stayed Jun 27, 2024We had an event in the area and this was a comfortable, relaxing place to stay. Had everything we needed for a weekend. Would stay again when in the area.
