Stayed Feb 12, 2026What a great place for our family to warm up in the Winter! Layout is wonderful for and our family of six had plenty of space and privacy when wanted. Outdoor area is wonderful for the kids as well as the garage that was laid out as a chill spot. Host was a wonderful and super responsive to questions. One of our favorite short term rentals!

Stayed Nov 27, 2025This was a spacious, fun, pet-friendly home with a lot of personality. We truly enjoyed the amenities and all age groups, young and older, took advantage of the pool, games, arcades, and even the firepit. The grill was great, too, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need.

Stayed Aug 22, 2025Do Not Rent! I rented this property for a long weekend while hosting my daughter and her two young children who were visiting from out of town. I live in Clearwater and wanted some extra space for our family. Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing due to several serious issues with cleanliness and maintenance.Upon arrival, I noticed a cockroach in one of the rooms. At first, I brushed it off, but then continued to see more throughout the stay. The host explained they were “palmetto bugs,” but as a Florida resident, I know the difference. These were cockroaches.Later that evening, I pulled back the bed covers and found hair on the sheets, clearly indicating they had not been washed. When I contacted the host, they did apologize and provided me with the code to access clean linens so I could change the bed myself.The next day, while making lemonade for my family, I discovered that the strainer on the faucet was full of mold. Unfortunately, we had already consumed the lemonade made from that water. I had to throw it all out. The host later brought us a water pitcher and roach spray, but these are basic issues that should not have occurred in the first place.For the amount of money charged, the property was not clean, and the experience was more stressful than enjoyable. Between the cockroaches, dirty bedding, and mold in the water source, this home did not provide a safe or sanitary environment for my family. While the host attempted to address issues after the

Stayed Nov 10, 2024We had 6 adults with room to spare. The house was clean with nice linens & a well equipped kitchen. Offers gathering areas but has plenty of space to spread out. Pool was great and we enjoyed a fire. The host was attentive and responsive and easy to communicate with. Liked the hands off trash collection.

Stayed Jul 31, 2024The location of the house is in a community and is a short drive to restaurants and Publix grocery store. We opted to drive to Pier 60 which took about 20 minutes (well worth the drive). We had a minor issue with the AC. I messaged the property manager and they were quick to respond. A maintenance person was onsite within a few hours and addressed the issue. Even purchased new fans to help cool while the troubleshoot the issue.
