Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed the stay overall at Clearwater casa which provided ample room for our 16 family members. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the openness of the outside area. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. there was plenty of Cookware but all pots and pans were old and in very poor condition, all coated with Deteriorating Teflon. The cookware needs to be replaced. We had issues keeping the house cool enough during the day. We were told that because so many people were going in and out of the doors that the house heated up to around 78°. The house did cool down at night, not sure what the remedy is for this because during the summer people are going to be going in and out of the doors during the day.

Selected this home because each room had its own restroom and had private pool. Cabana was so nice. Deer watching enjoyed by all.

We also enjoyed that there were private bathrooms for every room. It was a great weekend getaway and was close to the main attractions that the Frio has to offer!

Our family outgrew the cabins we stayed at previously, so for the last few years we have rented a separate space for our adult children and grandchildren. This property is perfect. Each bedroom has its own bathroom so there was ample space for each family. The pool was an added bonus. We’ve already reserved the house for next year.
