Stayed Jun 8, 2023We were yet again extremely pleased with our stay at Joe’s house. Aside from the excellent location to the beach and boardwalk, the house is perfect for a great beach vacation. Everything was extremely clean and he is so quick to respond to anything from the time you book. There is more than enough room to move around and there is the bonus of beach passes and parking passes! You will not be disappointed.

Stayed Jul 9, 2022We had a wonderful stay at this property. any issues we had, the owner took care of and was super responsive. the location was perfect and while the house might not have had a super comfortable living space, it did not matter because of the spacious yard and porch. who stays inside on a beach vacation anyway!! We would def stay here again.

Stayed Jun 3, 2022Joe and his wife were the sweetest! He communicated prior to our arrival and we were greeted upon arrival and departure. The house is adorable with a lot of space and is a short walk to the boardwalk and the beach. I highly recommend their house. Thanks again!!!

Stayed Jul 17, 2021Great location, close to beach and beach badges and parking passes included! House was clean and as advertised. Very easy check in and out, he even saved us a close parking spot on arrival. Window AC units kept the place cool. I did not pay much attention before renting but there is not comfortable sitting room for ten people. Also (as advertised) there was a washer but no dryer. We had a blast and spent most of our time outside anyway!
