CLEAN, Quiet, Gorgeous Views, Pet Friendly

Great house for us to enjoy while waiting for our new house to be built. Andrew is the kindest, most flexible and helpful owner I’ve ever experienced. He’s willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is going well. He allowed us to extend our stay when we needed an extra couple of weeks. The House is small but charming and in a beautiful location. We’ve enjoyed hiking up “Cardiac Hill” most mornings and reaping the benefits of amazing desert scenery and just being outside. Our dogs appreciate the yard they can go in and out of at their pleasure when we’re home. Overall, we’d highly recommend this comfortable and cozy dwelling!

We really enjoyed staying here. Great little house that’s been tastefully updated and maintained. Perfect location to access all to do in the region. Loved listening to the birds on the private back porch. Great host who was super responsive and helpful. Looking forward to staying again on future trips to the area.

We stayed her for a month. It fit our needs perfectly. The house was cozy. We loved the gas fireplace in the morning. Our small dog loved the backyard. I recommend.

You should stay here if you like a quiet neighborhood, great amenities such as a gym, morning Pickleball with a great bunch of welcoming folks, easy access to endless miles of bike paths, golfing, beautiful sunsets from your kitchen window, fenced yard for your dog, quick access to parks and red rock hikes, tasteful living decor, plenty of space for inviting friends, it’s a three bedroom!, Fully stocked kitchen… wait I need to book another trip!

We were pleasantly surprised when we first stepped inside the home. It was clean and inviting and nicely furnished. There are a few small items that need a little attention, but overall, everything was great. To be totally honest though, the home was great and well stocked with everything we needed, but the best part was working with the property owner. Andrew absolutely made our circumstances and our stay totally worth the entire thing! We had a few hiccups before we actually started our stay and Andrew took them all in stride and went far above and beyond what he was required to do. I cannot recommend this place any higher and would definitely stay here again should the need arise.

We rented this house while the house we’re building is being finished. Andrew was great to work with and when we had minor issues, he was very quick to respond. It is a very quiet neighborhood and it is nice that pets are allowed and there is a yard for them.

The house is comfortable and well equipped. The view is grand. The gym is nice.
