Clean, Private, Family Friendly, Close to Beach & Atlantic

We checked in easily and were surprised at the little extras available in the house - magazines/books to flip through while laying in the backyard by pool, several different seating options outside, black wash clothes for makeup removal, pool toys, and more! The house was also very clean. There was torrential rain the day before we arrived so the pool water cooled down a bit more than I found comfortable but my husband went in immediately. Thankfully the solar pool cover warmed up the water sufficiently enough that I finally did swim a few days into our stay. . The kitchen had just the right amenities for us to whip up a few meals vs going to restaurants - pots, pans, toaster oven, plenty of plates and silverware. Cleaning items available so we could clean up any spills that occurred. Overall, a happy and successful stay!

Great house! We had a fantastic stay. Erin is responsive and always got back to us regarding any question. The backyard is lovely and all the rooms are comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

Very comfortable cottage. Nice backyard with sitting area and pool. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of beach towels if needed. Screened in porch a nice feature. Convenient location. Nice quiet neighborhood and street.

We were so very pleased with our accommodations!! The home was clean, well stocked and in a beautiful location. The bedrooms were so cozy and beautifully decorated. The best part was, of course, the backyard/pool which we took full advantage of. Erin, our gracious host, was responsive whenever I contacted her. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

This was our 4th (maybe 5th!) time staying at this amazing home, and we keep coming back because we absolutely love it. The house is incredibly comfortable, peaceful, and relaxing—it’s the perfect escape. The backyard is truly a private oasis—lush landscaping, a beautiful pool, and lots of seating options to enjoy the sunshine or relax in the shade. The entire outdoor area feels secluded and serene, and we love how peaceful it is. We can’t recommend this home enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Great location between Lake Ida and the beach. Lovely suburban neighborhood.

This three bedroom home was absolutely wonderful for our family of five. It was very clean, cozy and spacious. The backyard with pool was beautiful. We felt we had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great for getting around the area of Delray Beach. Would highly recommend!

Nice layout for grandparents and their children and grandchildren. Not having local channels prevented Sunday TV watching. House was very well stocked and had anything you might need

This was the perfect Thanksgiving! The house is everything and more than we hoped for. Erin is an amazing host with great suggestions and very accessible. We enjoyed being 10 minutes from everything we love to do in Delray/ beach time, tennis and great restaurants! Thank you for making our week so fantastic! ❤️
