Clean Modern Home,Cozy MINUTES to Airport and Downtown

House was great, location was great, close to city and orchard park and north Buffalo, don’t go for TV It is real slow with a slow remote, probably needs batteries maybe, door enterance take some getting used to, not so much the key pad but how far you can open it up.

Absolutely loved this cozy cute place.

Everything was very good.I will recommend this house to friends and family.

Comfortable and cozy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything you need for an extended stay. Short drive to many shops, restaurants, and Walden Galleria Mall. Quiet neighborhood. Private parking. Looks like photos. Looking forward to a return visit.

The house is very quaint and has everything you need! Easy for travel, easy to find. House had coffee, towels, clean linens, storage, and easy washer and dryer. Bathroom is kind of small, but works fine. Only real complaint would be that a neighbor is a tow truck driver and is kinda noisy, but it wasnt a huge deal.

Property was well kept, clean and felt like home. 40 minutes to Niagara Falls. We really enjoyed the clean home, comfortable beds, in a safe neighborhood. Th host was helpful with any needs. Would definitely recommend this place.

great location and size

This place was perfect for my friends and I. Shannon was available to chat with anytime. The rooms were a great size. The bathroom was great! Because of my condition the ease to enter/leave the shower was a huge plus. The living room had very comfortable chairs. We would stay at this listing again!

Great comfortable house! We were looking for a cozy house to celebrate Christmas and this was perfect. Great location, kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals, beds were comfortable. We recommend this home and will stay again.

Very nice cozy cottage, spotlessly clean and nicely furnished, with all the necessary and extra creature comforts of home, had anything and everything you might have needed! And then some! Would definitely recommend and would stay again! What a great find!

We had such a great time and this intimate cottage style house made our vacation complete. This home had absolutely everything you would need and more to make your stay complete. It was centrally located and minutes to even downtown Buffalo. I was very happy with my stay and will hopefully be back not to far in the future.

My daughter and I visited in order to attend her college orientation at UB. The house was clean and tidy with lots of pamphlets and publications about how to enjoy Buffalo, which was very helpful. The communication with the host was flawless. One of the best VRBO experiences I've had!

Had everything we needed. Location was just what we were looking for. Very close to airport yet quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend.

This is a very nice home to stay at if you are in the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area. Located in a good area with easy access to the highway. I would stay there again.

We stayed for several days when visiting family in Tonawanda. The location was perfect, the house clean and cozy, and the kitchen well equipped. We hope to stay again the next time we are up for a visit!

This cozy little house was an excellent alternative to staying in a hotel for our trip. It is conveniently located and in a quiet, safe neighnorhood. We are very glad we chose this property.

We stay for several days, my hubby and I, for a getaway. We enjoyed the kindness of NY folks. We loved Niagara and coming back to our warm and comfy Vrbo afterward. Shannon was wonderful; attentive and communicated whenever we needed anything. The house has a bit damp smell but it’s older and we understand winter time and older homes so it didn’t bother us.

This two bedroom cottage was perfect for our visit to UB and to see the sure in the area. Plenty of seating, all the amenities we needed, and a great host. I'd stay again if I'm ever back in the area.

A short, five minute drive from the Buffalo airport, yet we weren’t bothered by the sound of jets. It was really perfect for the two of us, plenty of room for us and everything that we brought along. Convenient to many things. The host was responsive. Certainly a good value. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was fine

Shannon was so thoughtful in preparing her home for our stay. There were heaters on when we arrived in addition to the central heating system. The home was plowed regularly so we had easy access. We checked in on Christmas Day. Shannon made everything easy. The house was very nice and worked well for us. It sits in a quiet neighborhood and was less than 15 minutes from everything. (Perfectly located) The kitchen had everything we needed as we tend to cook most dinners for ourselves on vacations. We could not have asked for anything more.

Shannon’s home was the perfect place for us to stay before, during, and after my husband’s cancer surgery at Roswell Park. It’s in a nice neighborhood convenient to the highway, great grocery stores, and churches. Shannon provides everything needed to prepare meals and relax after a long day. She was easy to contact if I needed anything.

This home was in a great quiet neighborhood. A nicely decorated home. The host stocked it with coffee pods & creamer which my mom loved. The bathrooom looked recently renovated.
