Clean, fun, comfy ranch home near parks, 2.5 mi to Mayo w Pingpong and Playroom

Our stay was medical related so we weren’t able to tour around much other than the Mayo system. Our experience was wonderful! The home is beautifully decorated inside with inclusion of every amenity or detail one may need. Our host has thought of everything for her guests to make their stay one to remember!! We will be back!

This house is located indecent proximity to Mayo Hospital. The walk in shower with the seat was perfect for me to help my DIL wash her hair after her procedure. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookery. We had anything we needed. Nice little coffee bar stocked with coffee. We tried out the ping pong table, it’s been awhile since I played, but it was fun and we had lots of laughs. It’s a comfortable place to stay, I would stay again, if we had the need again. The host was great and provided all info needed and check in/out was smooth.

This house has the best stocked kitchen of any rental home I've stayed in, and modern appliances. We had Thanksgiving there and the entire home was very accommodating. We played ping pong and darts in the game room. The 2 yo enjoyed the toys in the play room. We enjoyed the large variety of board games and card games. It is a home that is ready for all ages. The basement stairs have a safety door, and there is a high chair and Pack N Play if needed. The living room was very comfortable and the Smart TV worked well. The linen closet was well stocked. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to anything you'd need. Just a great place to stay.

Amazing house for our family for the weekend! The host was great and a pleasure to communicate with. Our kids loved their rooms and having space to spread out. We loved the kitchen and the living/dining room space for eating and relaxing. We’d highly recommend and will definitely stay again in the future.

Colette was amazing at communicating, Her home is spotless, so very clean , neat , and so many thoughtful extras. The kitchen was stocked with beautiful dishes,, glassware , and utensils and cookware, comfy beds and linens, soft towels, hair dryer, curling wand, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Beautiful writing desks, lovely, antique furniture pieces, I could go on and on, and couldn’t name all the extra touches Colette provided. We loved the use of an attached garage.She has provided many areas for children to play and lots of games and things for them to do. Three bedroom home with pull out would be great for families. We loved staying here and will be back again. It was wonderful when we go to Mayo Clinic to be in a home like place to stay. Thanks Colette!

Perfect rental to relax and have all the comforts of home! We were able to cook in the very well stocked kitchen. So much better than a hotel stay.

The home was perfect for our family siblings get together. We are all senior citizens and appreciated everything was so very clean & perfect for the 5 of us. Colette was very responsive & even provided an out door grill when we inquired if there was one. It was an extremely quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed a walk around the lake which was so close. Would highly recommend the property!

Everything you could possibly need and more was there for your use. Colette was amazing and responded quickly to emails. Playroom for children was well stocked and sun room was a bonus. Beautiful antique furniture everything was well stocked. I just cannot say enough about how wonderful this home is to stay in.

The home was immaculate! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. All of the extras around the house was very thoughtful. The kitchen had every utensil we would have needed to cook anything.The livingroom was very comfortable with more than enough furniture for a family, there was only 2 of us. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. We had good night sleeps every night. The adjustable bed was very nice!We had fun playing ping pong even though my husband cheats and won every game.The flower pots outside were beautiful. Such a nice touch.We come to Mayos frequently and we will definitely check for availability. Thank you Colette for making this stay so comfortable.

The house is exactly as advertised. The rooms were comfortable. My in-laws prepared a nice family meal in the kitchen. Everything is well organized and labeled. The appliances all worked and everything was set to go. Lots of nice little extra (e.g., an umbrella for a rainy day).The house is a short drive to Mayo, in a nice neighborhood.The owner is very responsive.

This home was just what we needed. It is in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to Mayo facilities as well as a sweet neighborhood park for walking. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could ask for. The beds were comfortable and the house was easy to negotiate for someone using a walker. The host was very attentive and answered all questions quickly. The lower level includes a nice playspace for young children. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Such a wondrous find. In town with my own near octogenarian mother for tests at the Mayo, she had absolutely no problems cruising around this absolutely gorgeous home with her walker. Space galore!! She was sure to point out the pinch pleated drapes and sheers, the original hardwoods, and the absolute down home feeling. In fact, she said she “could live here if my home wasn’t in Illinois.” We were only two but this space is phenomenal for groups of 2-12, or more.Less than 10 minutes from the Mayo, in an extremely quiet neighborhood Mom’s House has many modern updates with the homespun feel of going to “Grandma’s” house. Games galore for kids/adults of all ages. The entire basement is such an incredible Rec Room!!! The small, well thought out touches are just unbelievable. Cannot recommend this home enough!!!

This property is a true gem! My husband and I stayed while we were at the Mayo Clinic for a few days. We found the property to be very clean and well thought out. The beds were very comfortable. The towels and linens were nice and everything we needed for our stay was provided. We were both very impressed with the little details the host had provided. The property is as advertised. We will definitely chose this property again when in Rochester!

We had a great stay. We usually stay at a hotel to visit our son in Rochester but this time decided to VRBO because we wanted to celebrate his birthday with family. The house was perfect. Well maintained, super clean, great location and the ping pong table was a surprise hit. We will definitely stay there again!

Everything was very clean and tidy.Nice welcoming coffee bar! We used the downstairs for a play area with our granddaughter! It was clean and organized! Everything was so nice! We even sat in the nice patio off the garage(for April, it was pretty nice out!) We plan on staying there again if its available?!

Had a surgery at Mayo and family needed a place to stay. Everyone has their own room, plenty of seating for meals and tv. Kitchen is well equipped. Great customer service by the owners.

This is a charming, incredibly well maintained and updated home, complete wirh absolutely everything any group or age could need. Extraordinarily clean, the location is convenient, but far enough away from the bustle of being right near Mayo Clinic. The adjustable bed was super comfortable as well.

Our host was responsive, kind, and flexible. The home was close to our destination and had everything we needed. We would choose this home again when we visit.

Great location (park nearby, close to downtown). Lots of little things that made it easier to have small kids, such as a gate blocking the downstairs (so small kids can’t fall down the stairs) and bumpers on sharp corners around the kitchen and family room. Highly recommend!

Everything was great

This place was amazing and perfect for a family! We came to Rochester to visit our family and this place seemed to have all the amenities and everything needed for us to be able to enjoy our children, grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. The place did not disappoint.

A family member had several day appointments at the Mayo. He has mobility iaauws. Thia home eas perfect. 1 level. Walk-in shower. Bed with head and feet incline.

Our family stayed their while one of us went to various appointments at the Mayo Clinic. This home was wonderful. Cozy. Excellent home for folks with mobility issues. Bedrooms on the main level, walk-in shower, king (or twin) with incline for both head and legs.

We were in town for numerous appointments at Mayo. There were very thoughtful amenities throughout the house that were provided that made our stay very welcoming and feel like home. The hosts were great to work with and I look forward to staying on our next trip back. Great location and convenient to all attractions.

We came into town for a couples getaway. This was a great place to stay. Very clean and centrally located. This would also be a great place for a family- even a playroom for younger kids. I will definitely stay here the next time we see back.

This was a great house! Very comfortable and roomy with wonderful antiques to accent the modern vibe. Very spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. It had a very cute enclosed patio that would be perfect for late evenings, and would you believe a carpeted garage? Who does that anymore? The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need, including glass pans for baking. The coffee bar was an extra treat and even fresh flowers on the table! The furniture was comfortable, and it just felt very homey. Place is very clean and had beautiful hardwood floors throughout with lots of beautiful rugs also throughout. I don't know if this was a renovation or if this is the way it was, but it sure is well done. Great location which wasn't too far from Mayo clinic, the hospital, and just all of the shopping areas, restaurants, etc. wwonderful amenities in Rochester. Thank you and we will definitely keep you in mind our next trip to Rochester.

This is a great place to stay when you need a private space instead of a busy hotel and to relax, it’s located in a quiet neighborhood 3 minutes from downtown. It was stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals in the full sized kitchen. The WIFI worked great and the bedrooms were clean and inviting. There are nice walking paths nearby along spring lake and large park to bring the kids next to the pool. Plenty of space in the driveway for our vehicle.

We loved our stay! At first walking in, you can tell the host has you in mind. The home is inviting, clean, and comfortable with simple instructions on using various things. There was an adjustable bed which was great as I just had surgery and needed to elevate my head. We messaged the host a few times during our stay and quickly received friendly and helpful responses. One time we just asked if there were any batteries to replace dead ones in a controller and she replied saying not at the time (but would keep some there going forward) and brought some over for us. We would definitely stay here again!
