Clean Cozy Family Home near Whitworth University, park,shopping and Mt Spokane

Enough comfortable beds for all 6 of us. Master bath is excellent, and shower seat and commode are available for handicapped. We would definitely book again.

Nice clean property in a quiet neighborhood near Whitworth University. Garage and open floorplan made this a great home base for activities in town.

House was very comfortable. Loved the patio and sat out every night enjoying the moon and clear skies. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean. The bedroom layout worked great for sisters weekend.

Good! Parking is rough for a pickup truck or similar sized vehicle, but the home itself was great!

Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Good communication with the owners. The house was very nice and clean. I was a little hesitant that the house accepts pets and was happy to find no smells or signs that pets have been in the house. The layout of the house is great. Perfect for people who avoid stairs. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again!

This home provided what we needed for a long weekend. The neighborhood was quiet during the day and night. Was expecting it to be more loud due to the holiday weekend. The park proximity was great. The dogs enjoyed the neighborhood walks.

We had a wonderful stay here at this beautiful property! It's a duplex but it's very spacious. Three large bedrooms and four beds total. It's also ADA which I hadn't been looking for specifically but was a nice touch. They had grab bars and shower seats which was awesome. The back yard was great! They had a fire pit which was a wonderful surprise. The location is right next to a park and also a great hiking spot. We walked right over and were able to let the dogs have a great walk up in the mountains and trees. They had all the amenities you could need, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating and friendly! If we ever come back we will definitely stay at this great spot!

Staying at this property was amazing. The owner has thought of everything that we could possibly need. I would say it is similar to staying at a nice hotel, but is a home. It is even set up well for those with mobility issues. There are absolutely no steps in or out of the house.
