Everything was exactly as listed. The pool came with a pair of ducks who arrived every morning and left every night. The only thing to caution about is the master en suite bathroom does not have a door and the view from the bed looks right to the toilet. But the room also has a deck and the sunrises were lovely every morning.

We loved the house! It was well stocked, comfortable, roomy, and had everything we needed. The backyard was spacious the pool and hot tub was great. All in all a great place for a family gathering we will definitely stay there again.

This house was a perfect choice for us and truly made our stay enjoyable. We especially loved spending time in the hot tub—it was our favorite part and a great way to relax. The location was also a huge plus, as it was close to everything and made getting around easy and convenient. Overall, it felt comfortable, well-situated, and exactly what we were looking for.

The Barefoot in was lovely, cozy, and close enough to everything we needed. Michell was a wonderful host, very responsive to our requests. We have stayed in a variety of VRBOs, and my husband said this was the best one yet.

Clean place, safe neighborhood. Close 10 min from UNR. Very Clean had plenty of pots pans spoons silverware. Beds were comfy. Easy in and out. Zero issues. We finished a puzzle and played some games that were provided. Very satisfied.

Wonderful location with shopping close by; easy access to all major roads; comfortable beds and well furnished kitchen. We ( 2 older women) felt comfortable and safe our entire visit. We really enjoyed the hot tub and backyard too.

To start off your listing by saying CLEAN is a stretch. The house was far from clean when we arrived. There was a clump of hair in the master shower drain, an empty soda bottle in one of the kitchen cabinets, and a fork in the same cabinet with food still hanging from it.As we went through the plates for our first dinner, we discovered that only the first plate had been cleaned—every other one was dirty. The same went for the frying pan and one of the pots.RELAXING is not the word I’d use to describe our stay. We had to chisel ice from the back of the fridge daily and bring in ice blocks just to keep it cool enough to store food.Eating outside wasn’t an option due to the overwhelming number of flies. I bought two rescue fly traps, four fly strips, and four fly swatters hoping we could enjoy a family meal outdoors. It didn’t work—the flies won.One of the outdoor couches broke apart in the middle when my son and granddaughter sat on it. Thankfully, no one was hurt. The front and back yards were unkempt and left a poor first impression.That said, the house itself is nice, and the pool—while very cold—was great. Michele, the owner, did communicate via text, which I appreciated.All in all, if they took the time to truly clean the house and make a few key improvements, it could be a great rental.

We loved the house! This was a great place to stay while in the area for Hot August Nights! The pool and backyard was a great place to relax in the evenings. If we are ever in the area again, this is definitely where we will want to stay.

Nicely decorated, large home. Perfect for my family of 5. Pool was wonderful. Outdoor space was a nice size; the furniture could use an upgrade. Location of home was close to the University.

Clean, great location.

Our family loved this property. Spacious and clean. Neighborhood clean and quiet. House provided amenities to make our stay convenient and comfortable. I brought my own laundry soap and host provided it. Towels were perfect size some places provide smaller and thin ones. Kitchen was stocked with pots pans and all dishwares and eating utensils. There was also comolimentary toothpaste and toothbrushes. Each bedroom had own flat screen. 2 living rooms and spacious refrigerator. Kids loved hot tub and heated pool. My dogs love spending time front yard and backyard. There is a supermarket (Raley’s) cvs, post office, Starbucks, 7-11, gas station, 3mins away. Freeway access is very close. Chipotle, Jamba Juice, Cracker Barrel 5mins away

We are a group of former US Army Paratroopers from the early 1980’s for a ski reunion. The host of the weekend lives right next door to the property and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the house and accommodations. The house was immaculately clean and the bedrooms spacious. The hot tub was fantastic to relax in after a day on the slopes. We are already planning our trip for next year and hope this place is available to us again. AATW

This property was ideal, with an exceptional host. We were visiting Reno for a track meet with our daughter, and the ample space provided ample opportunity for relaxation and recovery after the demanding day on the track. Michelle was an exceptional host, responsive and accommodating. The house was well-equipped with all our necessities and provided ample room for my family. We will certainly consider booking again when there is another track meet in Reno.

This is a second time we rent this property from Michelle. Clean, remodeled, has everything you need for a short vacation. Great location and neighborhood. Host is easy to communicate and very friendly. I am sure we will rent this house again.

The home was great. Beds and couches were very comfy. I enjoyed that all the bedding and towels smelled like detergent. The home is just 2 miles away from downtown and the main casinos. It was easy to get a lyft as well. Theres a few cosmetic things that can be fixed inside the home such as the upstairs bathroom walls. The bathroom in the master bedroom doesnt have a door. Other than that it was a great stay, it was clean and the kitchen is stocked with all the supplies. Its also a very spacious house. We would definitely come back again.

The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfy as was the sofa for movie night. Near, clean and well equipped. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood.

We stayed several nights. This house is in a quiet neighborhood and spacious parking is available in driveway and on street. This would be a great place to stay if you have a larger group. There is plenty of room for all your gear. 3 bedrooms with queen beds, a living room, a family room with an additional bed and 2 couches, 2 full baths and a 1/2 bath, and an outdoor area with a pool and a hot tub. Because we stayed in November we did not use the outside amenities. Check in was easy which was nice. Some minor cosmetic things, but nothing major. The house was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and spacious. We appreciated the games available. We hadn’t played Yahtzee in years and had fun! I would recommend this stay and would definitely stay again. Would love to come back and use the pool.

Excellent place to to stay for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Younger family go to University of Reno and it was close enough for them to visit daily. The hot tub and pool were very well situated for privacy. This place was one of the best that I’ve stayed at, and its location to the Hot Air Balloon races made it perfect.

Cute house with lots of games, pool, hot tub. Great bedrooms. Very clean which i LOVED! Quite neighborhood. Very restful which was our goal. We work too much. The pool was heated which made my stay perfect. Michelle was great to communicate with. Thank you for a great vacation.

Overall a completely pleasant experience! The house was very clean and comfortable and the backyard was its own little oasis away from stress and noise. Totally recommend!!!

This property was absolutely perfect. The hosts were very quick in responses and extremely accommodating. The home was located in a great location. The airport was 15 min away and wal-mart was a 4 min drive. The home was very inviting and comfortable. We will stay here again when we visit.

The air filters may need to be replaced. The odor of mold was very strong and clung to our items. Otherwise our stay was a good one.

We had an amazing time coming from Wisconsin for a long weekend to visit with a friend who lives in Reno. We love the pool and the hot tub.
