Great location in Overland Park area! The hosts were wonderful and responsive to our questions. The property was clean and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kitchen and baths are nicely remodeled. Great place to stay overall.

This house was the perfect place for our extended family to spend a weekend. Plenty of space for all of us. Close by plenty of restaurants, stores, and outdoor space. We are already thinking about when we can come back!

We used the home for an out of town Christmas place to celebrate. The large living spaces and four bedrooms gave us plenty of space to prepare food and open presents. The home shows as presented online- having a private bath for each bedroom is especially nice. Directions were easy to follow and host was responsive.

Lots of room

The house was lovely, clean and spacious. However, we do have a couple of recommendations... The dining table only had 4 chairs in a house that sleeps 10 (we had 8). Please provide more chairs at the large table. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable. Finally, the patio only had one chair, which was too dirty to sit on. You need more patio furniture so guests can sit outside in the morning with their coffee.

Very good. Two teenagers and moms were there for softball. Very comfortable and close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay. We struggled with the door code at first but they helped us immediately! Plenty of towels and well equipped kitchen. Thank you!

The home was beautiful and clean! Worked perfect for our stay.

House is lovely. No soap or body wash in the showers which was not communicated. Only 1 wine glass so we bought some and left for next guests. Lots of steps, need to climb them for bathrooms and bedrooms which was difficult for some of our party. Overall comfortable house which was in a good location for our scheduled activities.

The house worked out great. Lots of rom for everyone, fenced in yard, clean, and easy to get to shops and venues.

Communication with Joe and Melissa was very good-they were quick to answer any questions I had. I left a coat at the VRBO and they were very helpful with me getting it back. Lots of room for a big group.

We loved our weekend stay in Overland Park. The house was clean, it looked exactly like the pictures, and the hosts were great with communication.

Place worked out great for our son’s graduation. Clean, spacious.

Linens were lacking. Not enough towels, blankets, sheets. Appreciate the Pike Place coffee pods. No shampoo just conditioner. Would have appreciated more places to put stuff in bedrooms. Only bedside night stand and had to put personal items on the floor. Would have appreciated knowing that one bedroom was bunk beds. Otherwise nice and clean.

Family get-together. ISU vs Kansas football game at Arrowhead. Great place to stay. Near enough to all activities. Nice clean, spacious enough for 11 people.

This was an excellent place to stay! It was close to the church and venue of the wedding! 7 adults and 2 babies stayed comfortably!

We enjoyed our stay here. We discovered a minor issue upon check-in and the host immediately addressed our concern and took care of the issue. Very responsive host with excellent customer service and communication. Super easy check-in process.

We stayed at the house from September 12 - 15, 2024. The house is in a great area and convenient to many attractions. The owner provided extra trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, dishwashing liquid. We washed our own dishes, because the dishwasher has an odor. The washer/dryer/bathroom area on the lower level has an odor. We were inundated with flies on Thursday when we arrived. They were in the bedrooms and throughout the main level. We killed quite a few Thursday night and Friday morning. We contacted the owner of the house late Thursday night, detailing the problem and requesting that they call us on Friday to discuss the issue and how they were going to address the problem. The owner never called us and only messaged us through VRBO. The owner told us they use an exterminator for the house. They provided us a bug zapper. We arrived back at the house late on Friday and kept the bug zapper plugged in the rest of the weekend. We did not receive a call, nor did the owners stop by to inspect the problem, nor did they offer for the exterminator to come to the house. The fly problem was better on Friday night. When we returned to the house late Saturday, we continued to battle flies throughout the night. There was only one dish towel for the kitchen. There was glitter all over the nightstand in the upper bedroom as well as the baseboards and some of the floor of the upper bathroom.
