Clean and Private Mid-Century Modern Park House Gem

This is great house, in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The house is comfortable, spotless, and well appointed with everything you need.

Park House is an exceptional property. This home is immaculate with a fully stocked kitchen, laundry, etc, and it is located close to City Park which leads to a beautiful walking path on the bank of the Arkansaw River. Noelle was friendly, checking in was easy, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. We will certainly be back. We loved our stay in Pueblo no need to ever rent a hotel. We have already rented the house for our future travel to Pueblo so make sure you plan your visit in advance because this house will rent out quickly!

I was pleasantly surprised to find this gem tucked in the quiet Aberdeen neighborhood across from the Elmwood public golf course. The value of this house is extraordinary. What a quiet neighborhood. The photos just begin to tell the story. A full kitchen; stocked with just about every kitchen accessory needed to make an intimate dinner for yourself and a friend or spouse. All of the appliances are newer including a washer & dryer. And just when you think you need to get something… check the cabinets. Most everything you need is there. I have stayed at a lot of places but this one has what you need. Snacks, along with some cold bottled water to refresh you, plus coffee and tea to get you up. And the house, as you journey from room to room, clean and I mean clean. A wonderful office den; check the drawers for the fun magazines. The book case has games to play or a puzzle to assemble. The bedroom has a comfortable bed, overhead fan and adjustable lighting from a remote. By the way the bed was so comfortable, I slept through my alarms. The bath features an updated and well laid out shower. So comfortable. You feel like you never left home. Noelle, the host, was so easy to chat with or communicate with email or text. Oh, and check out the back yard. And it is nestled perfectly close to the zoo, the State Fair grounds, golf, the Riverwalk, Downtown, and Pueblo’s famous restaurants. On our next trip to Pueblo, we will be asking Noelle, if we can stay again.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Very close to the zoo, City Park and the State fairgrounds. We always try to get this house whenever possible. It just feels so homey. We are so grateful to be able to use the garage. The hosts are great!

This place was so adorable and had everything we needed for a weekend stay this 4th of July. It is clean, quiet, and had great amenities!

This was one of the nicest and cleanest VRBOs I have ever stayed at. The home was stocked with everything that we needed. We cooked most of our meals there and packed lunches for outings. Everything that we needed for that was provided. The owners texted on arrival and asked if there was anything that we needed. Because I was waking up with bloody noses in the morning, I requested a humidifier and it was provided. The house rules were nothing more than the same rules that I have for my own home. The bed was very comfortable. The location was central for trips to the wild animal refuge, Great Sand Dunes and Colorado Springs. My husband and I enjoyed being there.

This property is nestled on a secluded shady street convenient to all of Pueblo. The home is expertly appointed with any housekeeping amenity you might need. Coffee pot ready with my favorite Cafe Bustelo! The back yard has tall shady trees that provide a beautiful place to sit and relax. There is a peaceful elegance about this home and I enjoyed every minute.

We came outvto the Pueblo area for our 16th anniversary and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. A wonderfully comfortable stay and we are so grateful for the experience.

Well, it is a cute, kind of bungalow style, house with roominess and very clean. It is well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners information and request sheet were concise and helpful. We enjoyed hanging out in the back yard which is a decent sized yard with a few areas to sit and relax. There were several amenities that were available that we did not use so can't comment on them. Thank you, Richard and Noelle for a very nice stay!

It is a home out of a showroom, yet comfortable and cozy. The office is the same, if you work from home, peaceful. Everything is fully stocked, kitchen and bathroom amenities, and you want for nothing. Comfy bed and couch for an afternoon nap. Perfection!!

We really enjoyed this newly remodeled property. The decor was beautiful and loved the dimmable lights. The property was in an older quiet area on a cul-de-sac where properties are well cared for. We had everything we needed and appreciated the coffee, tea, etc. that the owner provided. Great getaway! P.S. be sure to visit the Rosemount Museum!

This is a beautiful house in a very nice neighborhood. It has a very comfortable bed and all the amenities a house needs. I love that they let you use the garage and garage door opener. Very close to the zoo, park and state fairgrounds. Highly recommend.

This little charmer was EXACTLY as advertised and shown in photos!! No surprises! It is an absolutely perfect little vacation rental for 2 in a very quiet neighborhood. We wanted for NOTHING. Everything was provided for our use and pleasure. It was close to entertainment, shopping and sightseeing. We had a chance to meet Noelle in person and she is a sweet, kind, gracious and attentive host without being nosy or overbearing. If we are blessed to be able to return, we plan on staying here again.
