Clean and cute,1 bed, 1 bath, small town setting across from city park.

Excellent little gem of a place. Will definitely rent again

If you find yourself needing to be in Plains, MT this is a good central location, perfect space for a couple and has a good supply of necessary items. I had no reason to contact the owner so can't talk about communication. Comfortable enough, although I will say if you have back issues, this might not be the place for you if you're staying longer than a night.

Truly is a cute and clean one bedroom house. Some quaintness like the chimney in the bedroom, Ample supplies for just about anything! Washer and dryer was a surprise not listed in description. Kitchen is very nice and well stocked except for drinking glasses and utensils. Having a dish washer was wonderful. Selection of movies was near the TV, but bring some of your favorites. TV channels are few and disappointing. Longer stays allow one to settle in, so to speak. Do watch you step exiting the door, too easy to miss a step. Not a great place for any handicapped visitors.. We did OK with proper attention to the steps.

Cute little house in a good location.

We liked that the kitchen was well stocked and there was a comfortable living space. However, it definitely smelled like cigarette smoke throughout the house. We weren't expecting that and would not want to stay here again because of it.

This is the cutest little house. It was perfect for our needs. Everything was as advertised and stocked with more food and toiletries than I expected. We were in town for a relative’s memorial service and gave us a space to unwind and regroup. Will stay again if the need arises. Thanks!

House was perfect for me with the full kitchen and W/D. A smart TV would have been nice streaming but made use with my tablet. Would definitely stay again if in the Plains area.

Loved the space and how convenient it was for me.

I was happy with this rental overall. The home was very clean. The home is located in a close location to town; so I was able to walk to the stores. I was also able to walk about 3 blocks to the river. Plains is a very nice, quiet small town. The location was close to Quinn's Hot Springs Resort (11 miles). The host replied to my questions in a very timely manner. The only improvements that could be made would be getting a new sofa sleeper and furniture; as it is not the most comfortable. My parents did say the bed was comfortable in the bedroom though. Be aware that this rental is not too far from train tracks; but this didn't bother us at all. I feel I paid a very decent price for this rental. I would stay here again.

We were in town for work, it gave us an opportunity to be more comfortable and flexible than staying at a hotel

Very nice, close to pool and park, grocery store. The only problem was the internet not working all the time.

I was in Plains for work and the location was great, within walking distance of the office.

Didn’t realize had to pay for the pool which is across the street. Good little park. Kiddy pool wasn’t open till we left which was annoying because I guess that one would of been free (I was told)Some cobwebs on the ceilingShower doesn’t drain well. Good water pressure in there though. Ac didn’t keep up with keeping the space cool at all and it was only a high of 85. This was the most annoying thing of our trip. Was happy to have the washer and dryer. Cute town. Good ice cream parlor. Train does go often which can be heard from the house.

This little house was perfect for my husband and I. It was clean and comfortable.(Just a note: the screen door for some reason locks on its own.)

This is the second year that I stayed at this placeand its very close to everything. It fells like home.
