CLEAN AND COMFY Conway TownHome!

A small issue, instantly addressed by the host. No complaints.

The property was perfect for my stay. I came in town for business for two weeks and had all the comforts of home. If I had to come back and stay at the property again, I wouldn’t even think twice about it. Kris supplied the house with everything you could think of so even if you forgot something at home, you’d probably be OK. The one downside to the property, which didn’t really bother me much is that there is a train very close to the home. It’s a freight train that comes through it all hours of the night. If you’re a light sleeper, I could see this being a problem.

It was very nice, clean, easy to get into and communication with the owner was super easy. Great location to the colleges. We will stay again when we head back to Conway.

This was a convenient place to stay visiting our son at Hendrix college (just a short walk away). Kris was very communicative with us, and the place was clean and quiet (if you don't mind the occasional train in the distance).

We have stayed at several VRBOs in Conway over the years. This one did not disappoint. The property was clean and well maintained, and Kris was quick to check on us and ensure all was well. The neighborhood was quiet and literally next door to Hendrix University. Located in just the right spot in town to get anywhere quick.

This townhouse made for a stressfree stay while moving our child into college. Communication great and easy check in instructions when arriving.Close to downtown Conway, Hendrix college, and UCA.Would definitely highly recommend
