Stayed Jan 30, 2026Great stay. As expected, and advertised. It was perfect for us to ski at Palisades and enjoy Tahoe city. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Dec 24, 2025Our trip was for Christmas and unfortunately the day we were to come up, there was a storm. The host reached out to us to work with us to make our trip safer. When we got there, the host and get husband showed up and were very nice. The wifi was down and they tried to fix it but turned it it was down due to the storm. The only downside was one of the bedrooms got no heat. The host said there was a space heater in the closet but turned out it was in a closet in a different room but didn't find it until we were packing up to leave. Other than that, everything else was great.

Stayed Jul 1, 2025We had a great time here. The location was perfect for what we wanted. Wish we brought our bikes since it’s so close to the bike path and the traffic got pretty bad on some days.The pool was great and the tennis courts, volleyball and pickle ball were always open. Brought our tubes and floated down the Truckee river a couple times as well.

Stayed Dec 28, 2023Great place and location! We’ll stocked kitchen and nice fire place. The hallways in the lower level were a bit cold at night, but all in all a great place to stay for a ski trip!

Stayed Jan 4, 2024The host ensured that we had an awesome stay. The house was clean and comfortable. There’s your basic kitchen needs available and all of the beds were very comfy. Very close to Tahoe city and a short 15 minutes to palisades which made our stay so fun. A nice neighborhood to walk our dogs in too. 10/10 would recommend!
