Clean and Close To Boise & Meridian Downtown Eagle

Perfect location!

Communication with the host was very good. The location of the property was very convenient. Parking right in front of the unit was great.

The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Amenities were well thought out and complete. It was located in an older apartment looking complex. The patio was nice, however not very private and could have been cleaner.

The property was very nice for our purpose, we had a wedding to attend right next to this property, we spent most of the days going to different places and just went to the property to sleep. We liked the layout of the property, fully equipped with all TV in both rooms, conformable beds and furnishers. We will definitely look again for this property if we would need to go back to Eagle.

A home away from home! Everything you would expect from a home, cooking, laundry, and a quiet place for downtime. We had everything we needed, even a tea kettle. My only complaint is the bathroom fan, it is extremely loud. But really this is nit picking, this place is just great all around.

Absolutely everything we needed was provided for. We loved the location which was quiet and peaceful. Although it was too hot and smokey to sit on the patio, there was a beautiful green lawn to look at. My only tiny complaint is the sheets which were thin and didn't stay in place, but everything else was wonderful.

Property was lovely, extermely well maintained and had lots of great little extras. The location was really convenient, the neighborhood nice and quiet.

Was exactly as decribed. Everything was supplied and thought of for our stay. Quiet neighborhood and clean. Enjoyed our stay and will use again! Recommend trying this Townhouse!

Great townhouse in a quiet neighborhood for visiting Eagle, Meridian, and Boise! Host Amy is awesome and everything we needed was supplied - dishware, cookware, Keurig pod & coffee machine, blender plus tons of extra towels/linens and laundry supplies. We had a great stay :)

We absolutely love this stay! Not only is it conveniently located by where we need to be, the hosts are absolutely wonderful and always on top of things. We’ve stayed on multiple occasions now and it almost feels like home. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay close to everything needed in Eagle. Clean

One suggestion is to replace the couch, as it’s worn down and beyond the point of comfort. Everything else was amazing!

We had a great stay. We spent the days with family, and came back to rest after playing with the grandkids. It felt like we were at a real home - we walked in the door to a clean, nice place where we could really relax.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Everything was clean and fresh. The kitchen was well-equipped and stocked with spices, coffee, etc.

This townhouse was clean, lovely, and quiet even though it was close to shopping and the main street going through town. We were very happy with our communicatiin with Amy. The only discrepancy from the online desescriprion was that it had a queen sized pullout sofa located in the living room for sleeping on . This sofa was old with framing that was felt through the worn padding making hard lumps for both sitting and not possible to sleep on. We ended up using camping pads we had brought and placed them on the floor to sleep on. They were much more comfortable than the sofa.If you only plan to use the two bedrooms wirh queen beds, then this stay would be very accomodating. We would stay again!

Great location and quiet. I walk every day and the location made it easy and safe. I love Eagle and will definitely be back.

very clean nd nice. listing makes it look more expansive and less condo complex than it is. the walls are made of paper / I could hear the neighbor pee in the middle of the night. the patio furniture is worn to the point of becoming dangerous.

Very happy with the accommodations, easy to find, clean and neat. close to all of our venues we had to go to. Quiet area no parties or loud music. Would make a couple suggestions. Make sure the property has adequate supplies, and put more clocks in, did not see any down stairs and none in the one bedroom.

Our stay included 4 adults and one toddler. We were comfortable and whatever we needed was just a short trip away. Coffee shops, restaurants, a pharmacy and grocery store are within walking distance. We slept well, had plenty of TV options, laundry capabilities, etc. in a quiet neighborhood.

The property is as advertised. Nice freshly decorated interior. It's close to Eagle Island park and lots of shopping. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Enjoyed our stay in Eagle especially enjoyed our time at the Gerber Park with its water activities for children.

It was a very nice place. I had issues with the stairs. Getting older and stairs are harder for me now. But clean and close to our son’s house.

The home is spacious with an equipped kitchen and everything we needed to enjoy a friend's wedding. The location is close to the Water's Edge Event Center, Eagle Island state park and also to the Village Outdoor shopping center. We would definitely stay here again.

The house we stayed at was very nice, clean and cozy. Made it very easy to enjoy the stay. Had lots of accommodations. Definitely will be going again

This was a great location for our needs. We could walk into town to get to restaurants and stores. Surrounded by nice neighborhoods too for walking. The space was well stocked. Comfortable sleeping arrangements and 1.5 baths is handy. I had to work from there and was comfortable using the dining table. We had no issues. We would use it again if we return to Eagle.

Quick tip to Boise for a Soccer Tournament. Gave us the extra space we needed.

It was a very comfortable place. Fully equipped for a stay of a few months. We, surprisingly bought a house in Eagle for the future. It was close to that house and made it an easy transition for us. Host responded promptly when we needed assistance. the only down side was the furniture needs a little updating. The couch springs were hard to sit as as the cushion has worn. The upstairs bedroom mattress sags on one side. But everything worked nicely. Had an issue with the door but was promptly fixed as needed.

This property was amazing!! Quiet neighborhood. We traveled to eagle for work. I found that amenities were so close you could walk. Eagle has a lot to offer in dining and recreation. We stayed 7 months and never got bored. I would definitely recommend this property for short or extended stays, location is wonderful. I have a new found liking for Eagle Idaho.
