The cabin is very nice. The inside was clean, but the deck and areas around the cabin not so much. The outside is covered in spider webs. The deck looked as if it hadn't been blown in weeks. Yes, leaves were fallen, but the leaves on the deck had been there for some time. We didn't use the deck at all because of the spider webs. One would think that the owner would spray for insects and spiders. Hopefully, after this review they will consider doing it. Another suggestion is to provide dish towels. We didn't use hardly any plates, utensils or glasses, so we didn't need to use the dishwasher. It would have been nice to have had a dish cloth. The cabin is located very close to downtown. The road to the cabin is very narrow. Thankfully, we didn't meet any cars going up or down. I don't know what we would have done if we had met someone, especially in the hairpin turn. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the beds were extremely comfortable.

We had such a great time in Clayton, GA celebrating 4 family birthdays. The cottage was perfect size for our family of 5. The rest of our family stayed up the street which was super convenient. We had a great time rafting, tubing, horseback riding, wine tasting shopping and eating in GA and NC! The cottage was clean, cozy and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is convenient to downtown, but because it is so close to the the highway, it is also very noisy. The property is very nice, and it is spacious. The beds were very comfortable. However, the deck was very dirty, looked like it had not been swept off or the furniture wiped down for weeks. Also we could not get either shower to work, so had to take baths. Check-in was a little tricky because the door’s keypad was not working. There was quite a bit of food in the refrigerator and freezer. I don’t know if it was from a previous renter, or the owner, but we did not use any of it. Overall we enjoyed our time in Clayton, just some of the issues listed above were a little irritating.

The property is beautiful! Definitely decorated professionally. The furniture is very sturdy and comfortable. You will find everything to make your stay very memorable. The views are breath taking. We hope to return next year.

Beautiful porch and deck and well maintained amenities. Accommodated two couples and a 5 year old very comfortably!

We really enjoyed our time at this home perfect location close to amenities and secluded enough for some peace and quiet. Our favorite part was The sunroom with all sliding doors that could open with screens. It felt as if we were in a tree house with many windows. House is located at the end of the street with enough privacy. The decor was super cute. Plenty of outdoor seating. Special touches were the tic tock wooden game board, swings and room with bunk bed that had a tv with CD’s for kids. Parking right by the front door was easy for unloading. It’s a short distance to parks, river, waterfalls , Tiger ( drive inn) and beautiful country roads to Helen,Ga

Beautiful home, very well designed. Appreciate that the kitchen was well equipped with essential cooking utensils. Would recommend bringing basics like salt, sugar etc but location was peaceful and a great escape from the city!

Internet was not functional. Owners seemed great and tried to help but it was an internet company delay. If you need internet I would not recommend this place. I recommend the owners fixing the issue with Starlink as their is not a lot to choose from in Clayton.
