Arthur's home was the perfect spot for us to visit our son at Colby- the house has everything you'd need to make dinner at home and is very comfortable. Loved being so close to Quarry Trails and so much nearby to enjoy in Waterville. Highly recommend and hope to come back soon for another extended weekend!

The house was great! It had everything we needed for a great weekend away. The favorite part of the house was the bathroom! Heated floors and the shower was amazing. Very homey and comfortable. Would recommend staying here.

What a lovely little house and wonderful owners. Our communications with the owners were so pleasant. The home and beds were comfortable. Soft, plush towels. We loved the renovated bathroom design. The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked making it easy to cook at home. The TV is HUGE! We would recommend this house for a couple or small family. A really pleasant stay.

We came to Maine to visit family nearby. The owners answered our questions thoroughly and promptly, and even provided pictures. We appreciate the opportunity to bring 3 large dogs, as it is often difficult to find a truly dog friendly rental.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The hosts responded promptly to a few questions and the neighbors on both sides were quite kind and helpful, esp. Art. The house was stocked remarkably well, they thought of everything to make us feel at home. Thank you for sharing this gem, hoping to return in the fall.

Comfortable home close to Colby campus.

Stayed here with my 83 yo parents and two of my siblings for a memorial service for my dear Aunt. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and thoroughly enjoyed the small, sweet details of the entire place. It’s obvious a lot of love and care went into the decor. So comfortable. Would most definitely love to stay again for another trip to my parents hometown!

We enjoyed our weekend stay at the Classy Home steps from Colby and Trails. The home was tastefully decorated, colorful, and spacious. We enjoyed the short walk to Colby College, taking a stroll through the campus. The beds were very comfortable. Arthur is a great host, promptly answering questions we had. A perfect place to stay!

Everything was great. Super location with town and trails close by. The owner was responsive and very helpful.

Everything was great except just the one bathroom without a vanity but the shower made up for it and the fully stocked kitchen was really nice too.

The property was as advertised, and we enjoyed all of the wonderful little extras that were provided. We were less than a mile from Colby College which is where we needed to go. My only suggestion would be to add a picnic table and some outdoor seating in the beautiful backyard. We were very happy there and would definitely rent this property again. Oooh, what a bathroom shower!!
