Stayed Aug 23, 2025We enjoyed this rustic classic Maine summer cottage. Plenty of room for our crew, great neighborhood, fabulous porch. This property is an easy walk to local beaches, Dock Square, and great ocean views. The cabin gives a summer camp vibe, which was very appealing for our group.

With three generations of family, we are always looking for a place that will accommodate everyone and Club Munson did not disappoint! It was a last-minute reservation, and we are so happy that it was available. From my first contact with Chris everything was spot on. We are already planning our next visit!!

Stayed Jul 22, 2023This was our third year renting this great house. The kitchen and porch are definitely highlights and we love the location. The stairs to the second floor bedrooms are a bit steep if mobility is a concern. The first floor bedroom and bathroom worked very well. Hope to return!

Stayed Aug 6, 2022We had 14 people in the house, and it never felt crowded. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed. The screened in porch was an amazing feature, and a great gathering place. Walking to Colony Beach was very easy, and downtown is a little bit further of a walk, but very easy as well. I highly recommend this house if you have a large group. We were all very comfortable, and a great time was had by all!!!

Stayed Jul 9, 2022We just finished up our 4th two-week stay at the Munson Cottage. It was immaculately clean when we arrived and our communication with the owner is always top notch. You cannot beat the location and being able to bring our four legged friend cannot be beat! We highly recommend it.
