This home is well stocked, has a great floor plan for families with multiple common areas, has easy parking for four vehicles, and is within easy walking distance everywhere. It is super comfortable. We rented at the end of the season, and I think the cleaning crew was off their game; the floors were sandy and generally needed a more thorough cleaning. The shower drains need a cleanout, and the Wi-Fi needs boosting. However, the home makes up for these inconveniences with all its other great things.

It was a 2.5 block to the beach in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. There were 5 spacious bedrooms, including a primary with an onsuite. The kitchen was very big with lots of amenities, including a beverage refrigerator. The multiple sitting areas allowed space when needed for the various age groups. Overall, an excellent choice. We had a great vacation.

The house was clean and well-appointed. Quick 5 min walk to the beach. There’s a wagon in the basement to lug all of your stuff. Kitchen is gorgeous with plenty of tools for cooking. Nice grill in backyard. Beds comfy. Rooms very spacious. Front porch perfect for reading a book/napping. For those with young kids- the furniture in the front room seems delicate and tv in living room isn’t mounted to the wall. The kids room is on the first floor next to a bathroom with walk in shower only- if you need a tub, there are 2 upstairs. The primary bedroom walk-in closet fits a pack n play nicely and helps block out the sun that comes in at 5:30am. That bedroom also has nice deep tub. Overall, we had a great time. Plenty of room to spread out for 6 adults and 2 kids. We walked everywhere- the beach, Funland, Dogfish Head brewery, many great restaurants (Blue Moon, Salt Air, Jam Bistro, Mariachi), ice cream, etc. Will book again!

We were a group of 6 adults and 4 children under the age of 5 and our joyous chaos felt right at home in our rental off of Stockley. The spacious kitchen and open floor plan of the first floor made meal making while toddler supervising easy. The small kid friendly touches like the chalk and beach toys left for our use made our kids happy, and therefore, the adults were happy too. We would love to rent this same house again, but we are hoping for something just a touch closer to the beach as we have lots of beach gear to tote and crossing both beach roads was totally manageable but afforded us beach time only once a day. The location truly is amazing but even more so if you don’t have a flock of very small children. We had the best time and our rental enhanced our vacation!

We spent time on the screened in front porch and used the grill in the back yard. Beautiful house and well cared for.

This home was perfect for a large family gathering. Location was perfect! Beach, Restaurants, Shops, and Fun Land were all just a short walk away. Our grandson (18 months) made excellent use of the blowup pool and other beach accessories left for us to use.
